Liam Turner & Richard Wright helped me so much .. we have brokers ringing ALL the time and it can become very confusing when you have more than one building (start/end contract info etc) these guys listened to my concerns sorted out all our energy contract - calmed my fears when I thought I'd made a mistake and just sorted the whole energy contracts for me - we are a small community charity and don't have huge funds for the ever increasing fuel bills.. I really appreciate their help and feeling like they have my back amid what can seem like such a dog eat dog environment- these guys have really helped us to get our contracts in order and with them all being under their care we have no need to chat/talk to any of the other 100's of brokers who call daily - thanks guys I really appreciate you and all your efforts - GREAT JOB

Our agreed contract is actually in the future so I had a lot of questions for Craig and he was able to answer my queries and also emailed to confirm. As it is a future contract I am hoping all comes good but we have done our homework.

The cold calling is ridiculous!!! Daily and won’t take no for an answer. I’ve asked multiple times for them to stop ringing Yesterday I said no very politely, put the phone down and “David” RANG BACK and had a go at me. I was not polite. No means no. Whether that’s a cup of tea, an energy contract, or whatever’s on offer. No means no. End of.

Ryan, Alex and Emma took the time to sort out our energy renewals for Trenance Holiday Park, including managing and correcting issues across 30+ electric meters that our previous supplier had left unresolved. Their professionalism, attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made a real difference. We couldn’t be happier with the service. Dealt with a Steven Parodi who promised me all sorts, turns out he sold me a 'pass through' tariff without telling me this, he is no longer with the company so I have nowhere to go with this, I would strongly advise not to do business with this company, disgusted!
