This was my first order with this company and I mistakenly ordered the wrong size. I emailed customer service and they were so helpful resolving my issue very quickly.
The item arrived speedily and in great condition. The recipient was very pleased with their gift and I would definitely order again.

Disappointed, wrong item sent
I shopped around, decided to buy from Daniel Footwear, the price was good.
The parcel arrived several days later than expected but no worries. I excitedly open to discover the wrong trainers in the box. So sent back, waited a couple of weeks for the refund and now I can buy the trainers I want from a different seller. Disappointed!

Having reviewed your order, we can see that an incorrect item was sent, and we apologise for this error. Once the return was received back at our warehouse on 10th June, your refund was processed the following day on 11th June.

Easy ordering process, delivered too late for my trip
Easy ordering process, however, delivery took longer than expected and I wanted them for my holidays, unfortunately they didn’t arrive in time. Gold wedges are quite narrow and I’m tempted to size up, the court shoes are comfy but because of the material, they’re a little loose around the back of the foot but nice shoe otherwise.

Poor Delivery and Dismissive Customer Service
UPDATE !!! 29/06
I have already provided the requested videos and images multiple times, clearly showing the condition of the parcel and item. Despite this, I’ve received no meaningful update and am repeatedly asked for the same information.
I also followed up days ago and have been ignored since.
At this point, I expect an immediate and final resolution — not further delays or excuses. If this is not addressed promptly, I will escalate the matter further.
I did inform you that I only received one box of shoes, and after that I received no response from your side.
Please review this properly, taking into account the information already provided. Also, kindly provide a direct email address where I can send all required details for a proper investigation.
I look forward to your prompt response.
My parcel was left in an unsafe place and was already opened when I found it, with only one shoe box inside despite ordering two items.
Customer service dismissed this by relying on a delivery photo, claiming it “appears” both boxes were there. This ignores the fact the parcel was clearly tampered with after delivery.
A photo is not proof of a secure delivery, especially when items are left unattended. Very poor handling of the situation and no real effort to resolve the issue.
