Excellent service and advice from shop to delivery and fitting. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Customer service and aftersales terrific. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

The people in the shop were so helpful and arranged a prompt service, next morning a phone call to say delivery was 15 minutes away then Joe turned up and what excellent service from him and very helpful

Paul in sales and Ed the brilliant fitter saved the day (my 26 year old Neff hob having been damaged)
They sourced from stock a replacement Neff hob and fitted it in less than 48 hours.
All clean and tidy and it works a treat. Superb service all round . . Thanks a lot.

Great personal service
Great experience as soon as I went into Dacombes , met with friendly smile and was given lots of help deciding which tv was right for my needs by Ben.
Delivered on time and set up by Ed who was very thorough and extremely knowledgable , on the whole a very pleasing experience , good reason to buy from local retailers .

Happy and Impressed
We're delighted with our new Miele integral dishwasher and the efficiency of Dacombes. It was fitted within 5 days of ordering. The fitters were very polite, friendly and professional and made a quality job of installation.

Buying a new TV.
When we came to the shop about a problem with our TV Mark was very helpful & helped us choose a new one.
It was delivered today & set up by a very pleasant young man,who was very helpful explaining everything to us.
We always go to Dacombes of Wimborne when we need a new appliance rather than a national retailer.

Excellent work from the Dacombes team
We had an emergency need of a new fridge freezer when ours suddenly started malfunctioning and all our frozen food was starting to defrost. A quick call to Dacombes confirmed that they had items available and by lunchtime I was in store choosing a new fridge freezer. It was delivered the next day by two very helpful and friendly chaps Ed and Joe who set up the new one and took away the old one . Overall a great service!

Helpful and informative member of staff…
Helpful and informative member of staff in store. Delivery guys were friendly, considerate and efficient. The fridge freezer couldn’t be unpacked for a couple of weeks due to kitchen installation but I was assured this wasn’t a problem. It was, in fact, in perfect condition and is up and running. Many thanks.
