My integral fridge/freezer was old and needed replacing .l needed help and advice as to what was now available and what would suit my needs and fit the space . Having spoken with the Dacombe sales team it was decided that Lee ( installation / advisor) would visit m home. The organisation was smooth and professional and Lee s advice taken on board . Tall larder fridge ordered . Lee and Keira carried out the work of removing / taking away old appliance..and fitting new fridge including necessary alterations needed with such skill and expertise . Kitchen left clean and tidy . Both Lee and Keira are cheerful and polite . Thank you for a job well done .

This is a local company which we have used on previous occasions and have always found the staff helpful and the installation engineers to be polite and efficient.

Great customer service for my elderly mother. She asked if they would clean behind the old washing machine after pulling it out, before fitting the new one. The young gentleman was more than happy to oblige. The machine was fitted with ease and the staff were very respectful whilst in the home. Great service!

Mark was very good in helping us choose the right TV, he went through the different models in our price range and explained things in an understanding manner.
The chap who set up the TV was very pleasant and helpful and explained the fundamentals very well.
We would certainly recommend Dacombes to anyone looking for first rate service in a pleasant environment.

Can't fault it, everything went well from start to finish. The salesman was very helpful and responsive to emails and phone calls, sought out extra information for us and went the extra mile. The delivery went without a hitch, the two delivery guys were on time and very efficient and friendly. We were Holman customers until the two companies merged and it looks like the excellence will continue.

Firstly, the shop staff (Jakub and ?) were very helpful in ensuring our replacement induction hob would match the dimensions of our existing, (no longer made) hob.
The delivery men (Ed and Kieran) then took time over modications to accommodate a different power connection on the new hob.

The shop has an extensive range of equipment on display. The staff are knowledgeable and couldn't be more helpful. No query was too small to respond to. A thoroughly pleasant experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use Dacombes for future purchases.

Dacombes of Wimborne have just installed a media wall which included a new 65 inch TV and an electric log effect fire, also concealed strip lighting. They were led by Chris, and the result has been WOW from start to finish. The design incorporated everything we wanted. The quality of workmanship is outstanding and the team themselves are a pleasure to have working in your apartment. The job only took three days and on two of those days we had five people working here but when they left the apartment was immaculate, as if no-one had been here. We were expecting the finished job to be good having read previous reviews but they exceeded our expectations. FANTASTIC

As an ex Holmans customer , this was my first experience of Dacombes .

It was everything I hoped for .
I thought I had an issue with my Panasonic 4K player .
The young man who dealt with me on Friday was excellent , and Ben who I saw today and who I already knew from Holmans were both as you would expect .
Polite , knowledgeable , courteous and friendly .
It would appear the issue is with my 4K disc .

It was a pleasure dealing with the staff at Dacombes .

Everything went smoothly from ordering over the phone to the delivery and fitting of the appliance and removal of the old one. Staff were very pleasant and informative every step of the way.

Extremely helpful member of staff, Mark, on advice and purchasing of built in microwave. Prompt and organised delivery and installation by two very helpful members of staff. Always a pleasure to shop with them.
