Tony made my recent part exchange experience a bit less painful. Offered a very low price for my then current car by other dealers whereas Tony offered a little bit more. He was very efficient and polite with added discounts along the way.
The changeover was straightforward and I am very pleased with my purchase from Dace. My new car was very clean and Tony helped me to set up Android app etc to get home safely.

Callum made the entire experience straightforward and made me feel informed and at ease throughout. Top man and great company. Initially was with a broker but had a terrible and aggressive experience!

went to the Eccles branch to view a car. today, The first member of staff asked us to look around at the cars and come back to the office once we had found one we were interested in.

We found a car we liked and were genuinely interested in buying it. However, the second member of staff seemed completely uninterested in making a sale and told us that the car was reserved, even though it was still showing as available online

He also refused to let us see inside the car. When I explained that I was prepared to purchase the car that day and pay in cash, he simply asked me to come back to the office to discuss it.

Unfortunately, by that point it was too late. The company has lost a genuine sale due to the poor customer service and lack of interest shown by the staff member. A very disappointing experience and wont recommend anyone to deal with such company

Called to get a copy invoice for a vehicle we bought 16 months ago. Agent was very helpful and sent invoice within 10 minutes! Great service once again.

From our first enquiry to picking it up Steve was great to deal with , not pushy at all he left us to view the car in peace , the whole process was easy, our daughter is really pleased with her first car 🚗

Absolutely disgusting customer service after they sold a faulty car. They continue to refuse the return of the vehicle under the consumer rights act 2015. Emails sent documenting every correspondence to them, all ignored.

Very happy with the service from Dace, Jayden the sales executive was very professional, friendly, helpful, but most importantly not pushy. Good trade in price on our own car, and able to come away with our new to us car the same day.

Sold a car with a serious fault on it, and refused to honour the Consumer Rights Act 2015 when the car was attempted to be returned to them.
Staff pushy, rude, and treat older customers very poorly.
