Excellent service, would definitely recommend.
Bought a new bike from Cycles UK, and the service was fantastic. Delivered in two days, packaging was excellent not a mark on it. Kept informed via email and the delivery company handled my delivery with care. Oh and the bike was a bargain too.

Excellent all around
I was looking to get a bike through work with the Cycle2Work scheme and they couldn't have been more helpful
Peter offered to keep the bike I wanted at the reduced price until the LoC came through (this took about 3 weeks) and he always got back to me within a few hours. Delivery was quick as well, I sent the LoC to them on Friday 19th and it arrived on Wednesday 24th.
Would definitely buy from them again!

I had an appointment at the Canterbury store on Monday 22.4 to fix my brakes and replace the brake pads.The repair was done quickly and I was very happy with the quality of the work. I can highly recommend the Canterbury branch. Thanks again for a great job.

Really excellent service
We needed some repairs on an old bike. The guys in the Canterbury store were incredibly helpful. To say they went the extra mile is frankly an understatement.
Friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Ordered a second bike from this company…
Ordered a second bike from this company online as we were very happy with the service we had received last time. Certainly not disappointed this time either. Plenty of choice and found a great bike in the sale in my size. Delivered quickly following updates. Arrived well packaged and didn't take long to put pedals on and straighten the handlebars. Very happy with the look of the bike.

No show item, correspondence halted
I ordered a bell on the 11th February and it’s still not here (posted review 28th March) - haven’t heard from this company since 8th March - have emailed to cancel the order, but have heard nothing back. They had said they were having trouble getting the bell across from somewhere in Europe? Meanwhile, I have purchased a bell from the official Trek store which came within days. 🫠
I’m editing this the following day having had a very sincere email from them, my refund and a gesture of goodwill. It sounds like this was an unusual situation and I do appreciate their response.
