I purchased a trail bike, through the cycle to work scheme. Everyone i spoke to was really clued up, answered all my questions. Email comms also exceptional.. all the way to delivery.

Really happy with service. One of the items I had ordered wasn't in stock so the order was split to make sure I got the items asap. Then other items came later.

I ordered a bike from Cycles UK having not used them previously. I have to say they did an excellent job. The bike was dispatched promptly and at my house within a few days, that included the weekend. A great service. The bike was very well packaged and there were no issues at all. Simply popped the wheel in, set the handle bar and ready to go.
The bike was also sold at a great price.

I bought bike from cycles uk web site, in very little time was emailed back to tell me a delivery date, the bike was delivered on the date. It arrived packed up securely so no chance of being damaged in transit, all I had to do was install pedals and and front wheel, then adjust the saddle to the correct hight and it was ready to ride.

Competitive price points, good selection of current products, prompt shipping, and if there is a need for returns/exchange, the process is hassle free.

Re Braintree online store:
Ordered some stuff including 15 gels on line - they sent one gel . Emailed them but 2 weeks later no response. Phoned but no answer.
Not good …may be good in person (judging by these reviews) but their online service is sub standard..

Sue was very helpful with the parts I needed. Halfords would have given me the wrong part however sue assured me of the correct parts as they are a specialist in cycles. Recommended to anyone needing a a very competent and speedy fix. Thanks again

I recently visited the Canterbury store with my son to purchase a new bike for his 7th birthday, Paul helped us choose from the options in the shop and my son was very happy with the bike but wanted a different colour, (it had pink handle bars and peddles). Paul kindly checked and said there was a blue one in stock but needed to be built. I happily paid and went into twon with my son agreeing to return later and collect. When we returned to collect the bike was nearly finished and my son was very excited, however i noticed the bike being finished didnt have gears, and then noticed there was no front suspension. The bike was very simular but not the same. Paul checked and realised he had made an error, he said that there wasnt one in stock but could order, however this would take a dew days, he was so apologetic as my son was under the impression he was about to ride out on his new bike. I was proud of my sons response and explained the new one would be ready soon. Paul could not have been more apologetic and helpful. Today my son and I collected his new bike, when we arrived there was a birthday cake and candle for my son! His face lit up at not only the sight of his new bike all built and ready but the cake and candle also! How amazing to see the extra lengths some people will go to and, like i say proof that how things are handled is what is important, and the impression it leaves!! Thank you so much to all, but espically Paul!!!

After much searching Cycles UK had the coat I wanted in stock, at a good price and the delivery was very efficient too. I would definitely look here again when I next feel the need to buy more cycle stuff (I'd say in about 5 minutes).

Really great service from Rob in the Braintree branch. He did a lovely job servicing my wife’s E-bike. He even cleaned it and then refused to charge us any extra. Top chap and excellent service. We shall definitely be returning.
