Fantastic discounted price on a Cannodale Carbon Synpase 105 2016 delivered from Yorkshire to Oxford, but no set up had been done on the brakes and gear change both of which malfunctioned. I then had to take the bike into a local Cannondale dealer to get it set up properly. The brakes needed bleeding so I couldn't do it myself. The experience could have been so much better with a little more care. The deep discount, however, has still left a smile on my face. If I had paid full price I would have been seriously irritated.

Bought a Moulton Tsr 27 on-line from Cycle Sense.
It arrived on time, well packed and partially assembled. Instructions on completion were included and I was able to assemble it without problem. All in all a smooth transaction and I am happy to recommend this company.

I was directed here for an Extrawheel trailer which was advertised at a very good price post free. When I tried ordering an accessory part for the trailer they then wanted to charge me £10 carriage!
In the end I ordered the part direct from Extrawheel in Poland as it was pounds cheaper and only took a couple of days longer to arrive.
I ordered over a Bank Holiday and the goods arrived in 2 working days so quite happy with that.

Overall I am rather happy with the service Cyclesense Ltd. provided. I ordered a set of spare keys for a Hamax child seat. The communication was good but I was hoping that the order would have been shipped a bit faster.

The 60L Crosso panniers were dispatched quickly. Great panniers, excellent value.

I ordered a bike online but I was able to talk to Dave on the phone beforehand. Straightforward dealing with them and I was able to discuss options to make the most of the special offer at the time

Everything went very well. Follow the instructions and delivery is as expected. E-mail notification with time slot makes receiving the purchase easy.

There was a manufacturing fault with the first saddle that I received, but a quick photo to Dave to confirm, and a replacement was sent straight out after easter. The real measure of a company is how they react when things go wrong and in this instance Cyclesense measured up. Perfect!
