Excellent website
Excellent website - of course large because of the large number of options availabke. But a good process of filters and sorting. Delivery had multiple email warnibgs and delivery was exactly as scheduled.

Fast next day delivery
While the next day shipping did seem expensive at £5.99, ordered online at 9pm in the evening, to have my order arriving the following afternoon was great, with a 1 hour delivery slot given in the morning by DPD. The garmin device was competitivly price. Was able to use an e-giftcard I had without any issue.

Great interaction with Curry’s staff…
Great interaction with Curry’s staff member (Sam) who was able to give us all the answers we were looking for. She was not pushy but very knowledgeable.
Item we purchased was available in store and just what we were looking for.

High Street retailer but still competitive
Currys are a well-known High Street brand but can still often be competitive in the cut-throat world of on-line shopping. Sometimes when you are purchasing an item on the internet a retailer like Currys might be a couple of pounds dearer than their on-line competitors but it is often comforting to know you are dealing with an established and trusted name. Ordering and paying for my smartphone was straightforward and a speedy and free delivery meant I was using my Samsung Galaxy in next to no time.

Arrived on time

Calm Experience
We were served by an Assistant called Nisa at the Currys store located at the Sears Retail park Solihull on the 21/10/2026. We found her to be helpful and she used the stores Tablet to find me an LG Washing Machine with my requirements. As she said she was new at her job, when she did not know the answer to one of our questions she went to find a Manager who was able to inform us. We paid extra for delivery and extra for removal of our old Washing Machine. The new Washing Machine was delivered 2 days later. The delivery men were efficient, in and out respectfully. As yet I have not used it, still studying all the Literature on how it functions and how to use it.

Everyone was very helpful, and I got the new fridge/freezer I wanted with minimum fuss .
When I entered Currys Salisbury a young sales man asked if I needed help, which I did, and he guided me to the area I needed to go ~ I wanted a new fridge/freezer and was overwhelmed by the large range, quickly though a sales lady called Anne-Marie was extremely helpful and using her Tablet, I was able to choose the right fridge/freezer for me, and arrange delivery for two days later. The delivery guys from Bristol were very helpful, taking out the old unit first, then removing the outer packaging on the new unit and locating it into position. The main delivery guy then gave me and my wife advice about not to turn the new unit on straight away and to read the instructions regarding the start up procedure .

The salesman dealing with purchase was…
The salesman dealing with purchase was busy making a personal call on his phone when I first tried to purchase the vacuum cleaner I wanted to buy. It wasn’t until a female member of staff interrupted him that he started dealing with. I then told him what I wanted to buy and he disappeared to the store room for 15 minutes. He came back and took me to the till where I noticed the price was wrong. This is because he had brought the wrong model. I pointed this out to him and he then strangely asked me why I didn’t want to buy the machine he had brought. I explained that I wanted to buy the specific model I asked him for. He then disappeared again for 10 minutes to find the correct model, before returning with someone else who helped him complete the sale. Not impressive at all.
