Easy from start to finish
Easy from start to finish. I rang to order a tv and was told it would be ready within the hour. Collection was easy and tv carried to my car by a kind gentleman. Nice staff very helpful.

Delivery service was excellent, I live in a block with stairs, no lift, and the guys were great about it.

Main impression was helpfulness of staff, and ease of looking at the product (air fryer) that we were interested and and subsequently purchased. My wheelchair-bound daughter was helped and advised,separately, about new iPads. She told the salesman that,under his supervision, she would have benefited from being able to handle and inspect the iPads as from her lower angle of vision the overhead lighting dazzled the screen and made it difficult to inspect etc and gauge the weight. That’s the only negative to mention. Currys always has been and still is the best Store.

Good Customer Service
I wanted to replace my ageing electric cooker, but only a few manufacturers still make the 55 cm model, which costs more than the 60 cm version. After visiting the store and gathering some information, I decided to buy online. My new cooker was delivered quickly and on time, as promised. The delivery team was polite and took away my old cooker as requested. I must say, Currys has done well in making the process easy, both online and in-store.
