My purchase was ready to collect within 5 minutes of arrival. Staff were courteous and professional.

Staff were very pleasant and went out of their way to help us.
I selected the 7am to 11am slot for delivery but my item arrived at 12 o'clock, the delivery team were very apologetic and informed me my £40 would be refunded as they failed to deliver within the time slot that I had requested.

I recently bought a television and sound bar from the Huddersfield branch. I was served by a gentleman, Tony who was very friendly and well mannered (which is important to me) . He is very knowledgeable and demonstrated a few different products to me, without me feeling under any pressure.
He was also very helpful with advice on setting up the equipment at home.
I also had some dealings with other members of staff , who were also helpful.
I would definitely recommend this store.

We visited the store with a few washing machines in mind, hoping to find the best replacement for our existing faulty machine.

We spoke with Oliver, who was absolutely fantastic, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable.

We explained our rather complex situation, including the issues with our previous washing machine, the unsuccessful repair attempt, and the difficulties we had faced in securing a full refund. We also explained our requirements and budget.

Oliver took the time to listen, understand our situation and thoroughly discuss the different washing machines we were considering. Thanks to his knowledge, patience, honest advice and guidance, we were able to confidently decide which machine would be best suited to our needs and budget, which ultimately turned out to be one of our original choices.

He answered so many of our questions, cleared up our uncertainties and made the entire decision-making process so much easier.

What stood out most was how genuinely caring, understanding and patient Oliver was. We never once felt pressured or rushed into making a purchase. Unlike some sales advisors who seem primarily interested in making a sale, Oliver genuinely seemed to care about helping us make the right decision. He was more than happy to spend time with us, answer our questions and ensure we were completely satisfied with our choice.

This was especially meaningful because, during a previous visit, we had dealt with another sales advisor who was extremely unhelpful and lacked the knowledge to answer our questions. Combined with the difficulties we had already experienced with our faulty washing machine, that experience had seriously damaged our confidence and trust in Currys.

However, Oliver completely turned that around. Not only did he help us tremendously, but he also restored our trust in Currys and transformed what could have been another stressful experience into a genuinely enjoyable and reassuring one.

We honestly cannot thank Oliver enough for all his help, patience and advice. He is a real credit to Currys, and we sincerely hope his outstanding customer service receives the recognition it deserves.

Very well priced top quality products, and for almost the same price as other regular deliveries, you can get next morning deliveries, in my case this was crucial as I had a freezer full of ready meals, and my microwave broke down, leaving my actually starving, so next morning delivery was a lifesaver. I can't praise their service enough...

Here is another message to remind everyone that they still haven't contacted me despite multiple emails. It takes over 1 hour to get through to their complaints team. They respond on here to simply show they've responded however, they couldn't careless about making meaningful contact or their customers.

I have found Currys constantly reliable. I always shop around before buying but usually end up using Currys. The information on products is excellent, one of the better websites to use. I have collected from stores where service is ok and not had any problems with deliveries.
