Easy from start to finish
Easy to find the product I was looking for on their website, and the same for booking a delivery date and time. The delivery driver called in advance of the delivery which was great and the 2 gentleman who delivered and collected the faulty item to be recycled could not have been more helpful.

I came to purchase headphones
I came to purchase headphones. Ones on offer were good, but some on display weren’t available for purchase, quite a few of the item cards displayed also were discontinued. The one I chose was based on staff recommendation but turned out to be very different to the one on display & I had to return it after waiting for it to arrive.
The return guy was great and I swapped out for a headset that suits me.

Very easy to find stock online and purchase. Went into store and immediately received assistance and received the goods. No issues at all, will shop here again.

Not very great
Not very great. I had a problem with signing in my Creation account. One of the managers was very rude to me. He complained that I was delaying other customers. I felt very embarrassed and heartbroken.

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service we received today during the delivery and installation of our new gas hob and oven.
From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Kamil and Daniel were extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They carried out the installation to a very high standard and, throughout the process, were patient and more than happy to answer all of our questions. Their professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive.
I believe employees like Kamil and Daniel deserve special recognition. They are an excellent representation of Currys, and you should be extremely proud to have them as members of your team.It is not often that you come across people who demonstrate such a high level of professionalism while also being genuinely friendly and helpful.
I have been very impressed with the service we received today, and it is a pleasure to take the time to let you know how highly we regard their work. They made what could have been a stressful experience completely straightforward and pleasant.
Please pass on my sincere thanks and appreciation to both Kamil and Daniel. Their hard work and excellent customer service certainly did not go unnoticed.
