We tried to buy a new cordless vacuum cleaner, the only one left was the display model. We were offered 30%off which we accepted.when they went to take it off they were unable to remove the charger. So we didn't get anything, but staff members Monty and Huw went out of their way to be helpful, they couldn't of done anymore.

The staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I was served by Q and he was super efficient. Another member of staff Owen offered to take my item to my car without me asking.

Currys experience - Aylesbury
Apart from the fact that it can often be difficult to get someone on the store to help when we do they are very efficient and the service is always very professional.
We have bought a lot of products from Currys in the past.

Great laptops but can't ring branch!
Good range of laptops. Very helpful and knowledgeable assistant provided invaluable advice. But be aware (I wasn't) that it is impossible to ring the branch if you need to following your purchase. I find it extraordinary for a tech store to not have a telephone!

My microwave was supposed to arrive…
My microwave was supposed to arrive with dpd between 14.09 & 15.09 today 9/10/2026 still not arrived at 6.23pm no call from driver to explain not happy
To add - am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent which failed to arrive on the promised delivery date.
Due to a medical/personal condition, I am unable to drive, meaning I rely heavily on home delivery services for essential purchases. Having this delivery missed has caused significant inconvenience, and I am now being told I must wait over a week for the item to be rescheduled and delivered.
Given the delay and the clear failure to meet the agreed delivery timeline, I request that this issue be expedited as a matter of urgency. Additionally, due to the severe inconvenience and disruption this failure has caused, I would like Currys to provide appropriate compensation for this loss of service.
I look forward to hearing from you promptly with an update on an earlier delivery slot and a proposal for compensation.
