Kia Stevens came yesterday to fix the switch on my kitchen light. He was on time and fixed it quickly with no fuss. Kia is good electrician who is always cheerful and polite. It's always a pleasure to see him working about the place.

Melanie is an outstanding professional and a truly wonderful person. She is incredibly compassionate and shows a deep understanding for both healthy individuals and those facing medical challenges. She helped me immensely with my contract change, and I felt that she genuinely cared about my situation. Such kindness and patience are rare nowadays. I highly recommend her!"

Melanie Ben Khadhra has gone above and beyond in dealing with what has been a complicated and sensitive situation. She has been an administrator, counsellor, organiser, intermediary, and always picks up the phone or responds to a message. I am not sure what her job title looks like, but I am sure she far excels its expectations.

I recently purchased a small strip of land from Curo and the whole process was handled really well. Krystal Branch in particular was excellent throughout, always responsive, proactive with updates and quick to resolve any questions or issues that came up. She made what could have been a complicated process run very smoothly. Much appreciated.

I would like to commend Mark Hooper of Curo's Independent Living Services for his outstanding support for my sister, first enabling her to live happily in her own home and then helping her to move to more suitable housing. He greatly eased her life, advocating on her behalf, helping with decisions large and small, guiding her or doing research on her behalf. From a more practical point of view he helped her with shopping, assembly of furniture, and everything that was needed to make life work well. Most importantly he was a magic combination of an effective help, and an always friendly face. She loved her visits from him, looking forward to them beforehand, and loved that he helped with such smiley kindness. Most of all she liked the "cup of tea and a chat" part of the visit. He was ever respectful of her autonomy, and keen that she should be happy and have all that she needed to retain her independence. Both for her and her wider family, Mark was outstandingly helpful.

I am writing to formally commend the outstanding service provided by Claude, a plumber with Curo, who recently attended a repair at my property.

I believe it is important to highlight excellence when it occurs, as the dedication of frontline staff often goes unrecognised. Claude originally visited my home to repair a leaking kitchen tap that I had reported. However, since the initial report, two additional taps had begun to drip all the time.

Upon informing Claude of the new issues, he professionally explained that the standard procedure is to only address the specific faults allocated to the scheduled time slot. Despite these constraints, Claude went above and beyond his primary remit. He took the additional time to replace four valves across my remaining taps to ensure that all leaks were fully resolved before he left.

His technical proficiency, combined with a proactive "can-do" attitude, saved me the inconvenience of scheduling further appointments and reflected very highly on Curo’s service standards.

Please ensure that this feedback is shared with Claude and his line manager. I strongly feel that his commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction deserves formal recognition and appropriate reward.

I had a boiler problem on a Sunday and they sent us Phil the engineer took care of everything very kindly and as quick as he could

We recently completed a three-way mutual exchange with Curo, and I honestly can’t thank Sarah (and Michelle) enough for their support throughout the whole process. Just writing to leave some good feed back as curo compliance team mils have really help me and my mum for a few years now it been really emotional draining what we been though and fortunately the matter have been resolved and now we can be happy again this mean so much thanks you

My boiler had a problem during a routine check and Phill the Curo Engineer spent hours fixing it making sure I wasn't without heating. He's a real asset to the Curo team. He was very focused and worked hard to fix the problem.
