Good experience with conveyancing
Beth Robinson made my house sale and purchase a relatively smooth experience. Despite some challenging situations, she kept things moving and was always available to answer questions and calm my panic! I would highly recommend her and CWT for conveyancing.

Did the job
Kiran was OK. They did what they said they would and the sale completed on the date agreed, with the figures correct.
I did have to chase a few times for updates on what extra was owed, and I repeated myself a couple of times over documentation I had already sent.
These guys did the job.

Great experience with CTW and Lavona
We’ve had a really great experience with Lavona Tullett at CTW Solicitors, both when buying our property and later when selling our old one.
Lavona was brilliant throughout both processes. Her email communication was always prompt and clear, and she kept us updated on progress and timelines, so we always knew where things stood. Our purchase was part of a complex development, but Lavona managed to get everything completed much faster than we’d experienced with other solicitors, which we really appreciated.
We also really liked her straightforward approach. She gets straight to the point, but is always happy to answer questions and explain things when needed, which made the whole process feel much easier.
We’re genuinely grateful for all the work Lavona put in and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Having had such a positive experience with both our purchase and sale, we’d happily recommend Lavona and CTW Solicitors to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient solicitor.

New-Build Purchase in just 6 weeks
Purchasing a new-build home in just 6 weeks needs all of the stars to align and a reactive and professional solicitor to get things done which is exactly what Jess Murphy of CookTaylorWoodhouse achieved. Exchange and Completion is always stressful but it worked well eventually. We were very happy with the overall outcome.

CTW provided an excellent service
CTW provided an excellent service, acting for me on both the sale of my property and my onward purchase.
Jess Howard handled both the sale and purchase very efficiently and kept me regularly informed throughout the process. Despite some setbacks that were outside of their control, they worked hard to keep everything moving and pushed to get the transactions completed in good time.
I would definitely use CTW again in the future and would have no hesitation in recommending them.
