I absolutely love, love my new line/phono turntable!!!! Sweeeeet! It's Bluetooth, too, so I paired it with my Bose headset and what a wonderful, crisp sound I have from the Stevie Nicks' Complete set that I have been waiting forever to play!
It was super easy to order my turntable with free shipping and on sale! It was safely delivered at my front door 2 days later! I can't wait to upgrade my other stereo equipment!!!

I've ordered from them a few times. Most recently a few weeks ago. I accidentally ordered the wrong wiring harness (which comes free with a speaker pair). Completely my fault. Realized it when I called their support line. Crutchfield shipped the right one via 2-day air free of charge, despite being 100% my error. There's few companies I actually "enjoy" doing business with. Crutchfield is one of them. A+!

I read the reviews that were only three and four star ratings concerning speaker cable. I believe it was $99.99 for 100' of 100% oxygen, copper, 12 gauge cable. It looks no different than the wire I used in 1972 when I bought my JBL 88+ speakers and added the mid-range, and then my JBL 112 speakers. I doubt if there was 15 strands more, and the guy who said he replaced his 1992 wires was wrong. Unless you had really thin cables, I would have researched the strands. I am checking our 50' cable at Rockville, and Monoprice. I used to use a cable that cost me something like $4 a foot back in 2005. It was covered in a thick, black jacket. Better to buy once and never again. Also, measure the distance. Then add about 2-4' if you are sure you might never move the receiver, amp, speakers, tuner, whatever.

All the equipment was accurate and easy to follow instructions. I would highly recommend Crutchfield for all your tech needs.

Honestly everything was great. I was looking to buy a stereo with a backup camera that didn’t break the bank and they had plenty of options. They told me exactly what I needed and offered extras incase I wanted them. The pre wired harness option was a fantastic buy. In my case it was plug and play. I had one issue and reached out via online chat and the person helped and I was able to fix it in less than 5 mins. I definitely recommend this company.

Varying degrees of tech support competency. After figuring out the starlink box would not fit in the dash with the CD player stereo (despite the tech stating to just "keep trying") I looked into a bypass plug. Asked a tech if this would work to save room in the dash. Confirming it would, I reinstalled everything. Mic wouldn't work despite troubleshooting w a tech for 3 hours.
They sent me another and when this didn't work, I asked for a refund. They said I wasn't putting in enough effort and I should find a "mechanically knowledgeable" family member. How insulting! I have installed stereos before and do basic repairs. I would argue it's not mechanical at all, just following wiring diagrams. Returning. Cannot say how much I do not recommend.

I really like those little jbl tweeters. Those little rascals really screams. It wakes up the home system..
