I bought a car stereo for my grandsons 18 th birthday. I was having issues with the adapter wiring harness I ordered.I called in for technician help. First off someone picked up in literally less than a minute. Then I got Hugh who was amazing. He reviewed my ordered and while talking we texted pictures and quickly realized I had ordered the incorrect adapter harness.I had no problem paying for another one when Hugh say he would send it free of charge! So many companies could learn what service after the sale is like from crutchfield! A+++++++

I stumbled upon Crutchfield while hunting for a new pair of headphones, and let me tell you, it was a rollercoaster of emotions. The search was smooth, the filters helped narrow it down, but when I clicked on the product, I was met with a single option-no alternatives, no comparisons. Disappointing. The description was clear, but the lack of variety left me wondering if I was missing out. The checkout was quick, but the shipping took forever, and when the package arrived, the headphones were exactly what I expected-nothing extraordinary. I’ll shop elsewhere next time.

5*****Star+ experience. Ordered an Ifi Zen Phono 3 Preamp. Great piece of kit, BTW. Needed an assist locating the upgraded power supply. I don't recall the name of the wahine that helped me, but she was on the ball. Located the upgrade I wanted for the Zen Phono 3 quickly and helped close the entire sale with me within 5 minutes. My gear was shipped FREE, USPS Priority Mail and arrived a day early. Ifi components were packed to withstand an atomic blast. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Outstanding! I was able to find the perfect after market stereo for my 2010 RAV4 with the features I wanted. I just had it installed. It looks great, sounds fabulous and I just love it. I bought the unit plus the installation package and it had everything the installer needed. Thank you for your excellent website and products.

The sales was fine, appreciated the price, but what Crutchfield touts is their ability to provide instruction for installation. Their video instruction (which was the only instruction available for back up camera install) is out of date. No notice to me that the vids are wrong and a simple note would have at least made this a 4 star review. Would I shop at Crutchfield again - for sure, but, Crutchfield, you gotta do better if you want to keep relevant in this hyper-competitive niche market.

For the first time in 50 years I upgraded my vintage stereo. I bought a pair of Polk Elite speakers to replace my vintage Radio Shack Minimus 7s. I am a purist in every sense of the word and I "asked" AI about what would go with my system the best and where to buy it. They recommended the Polks and told me to contact Crutchfield. I did! Great experience.

The speakers were awesome! Everything I needed for a plug and play to include instructions was part of the package. I went a step further and got some sound deadening from Amazon and that helped also. The Kicker speakers are impressive!
