Everything in the Crutchfield kit was exactly what I needed. I got a single din radio and got the "lowest price" install package with the Crutchfield made harness to speed up my install. I did not have steering wheel controls so I did not need the "most featured" bundle options that enables the steering wheel controls. I had everything I needed and the radio itself installed in 35 minutes. I spent more time running the microphone line than putting the radio in. If I ever put another radio in any vehicle I will refuse to use any other site besides Crutchfield. The hardest part was deciding what radio to install because there were so many options! 10/10 experience.

Plug and play! It just doesn't get any better than that. The right parts expedited made my build a pleasure.

The delivery was prompt and they have been very deliberate in keeping me informed of delivery status. Update: I did run into some technical issues. The interface to enable steering wheel controls was not responding. I initiated communication with tech support via messaging. After I explained what I was seeing, I was provided with guidance and got the module to work with my car. Great tch support!

I had a completely dead Pioneer AVH‑W4500NEX in my 2008 VW Eos. The screen wouldn’t light up, no boot logo, nothing. I pulled the radio out of the dash, checked the inline fuse, checked the car fuse, checked wiring — everything looked fine. I wish I had called Crutchfield technical support first.
Their tech walked me through a simple reset procedure: disconnect the negative battery cable for two minutes, then hold the brake pedal down for about 30 seconds while the battery is still disconnected. That step forces the car’s electrical system to fully discharge and reset. As soon as I reconnected the battery, the radio powered right up.
Not only did this fix the “dead” radio, it also solved a phantom battery drain issue I’d been chasing. Crutchfield’s support saved me hours of troubleshooting and prevented me from replacing parts that weren’t bad. Outstanding advice and excellent customer service.

UPS has lost a $1750 value package from Crutchfield. They state it was handed to customer, but nobody was home at the delivery time to sign for the package, which was not shipped with a signature required option. UPS did not take a picture of the delivery location.

Amazingly Crutchfield customer service said that if UPS cannot find the package, that's my problem, and I'll be on the hook for $1750. Nothing about shipping a replacement. I was shocked at this response, and am posting this to warn other customers of what might happen to them.

Other than a slight delivery delay, ordering and receiving were smooth sailing. Having initial start up issues, I spoke with Tia who was brilliant in assisting me with my concerns.

had two orders on the same day both arrived on 08/20/2026 as they should the Rotel RA-1572 MKII came 6 hours after the Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro Closed-back wired over-ear studio headphones (80-ohm version) i though this was kind of odd ... they arrived safe and sound i am very happy.. will be shopping with Crutchfield from now on

Ordered a new head unit and everything to install it in my Ford Taurus X. All items showed up in good shape, shipping was fast. Entire kit and all harnesses included worked great, didn't have to splice a single thing, all plug and play. Only issue inran into was getting the Maestro SR unit flashed for use of my factory steering wheel controls (older laptop couldn't support the newest version of software) but that was a Me problem. Jensen head unit is awesome, and works as promised. Have noticed an issue on rough pavement, seems like bluetooth or wifi connection gets disturbed and causes connection to go in and out, will keep an eye on it and update if things get worse. One of the best kits I have purchased for an install, will definitely be buying from crutchfield again, next install will go smoother since I have the datalink desktop suite installed.
