This is the third time I have booked a cruise through Cruise 1st and I highly recommend giving them a try, everything is seamless and I would like to thank James (Akos) Hanko this time round for helping us get a family cruise all sorted and booked.

Your customer service needs revision
Your customer service needs revision. I sent multiple messages and had no response. You booked a flight for an adult when it should have been a childs seat, which took a lot of time when we tried to check in. Also, at the time of booking I advised the clerk that I had Carnival shares and should receive £250 onboard spend.
Unfortunately, she did nothing about this and as a result I lost £250 onboard spend. Not a happy customer.

Cruise 1st, wins again for us.
I saw the advertised cruise and needed to know more about it. Victoria Benjamin has booked cruises for us before and we are always delighted with her work. She listens to what the customer wants and offers options. She is thorough and conscientious. Patient with the many questions we ask and we feel that we always benefit from her knowledge and experience.
