Beautiful sofa
Lovely quality sofa made to order.
I went to Cousins as I don’t understand choosing a sofa without being able to try it for comfort. I wouldn’t have expected to choose the style I did, but it is so comfortable. Helpful staff made choosing fabric much easier.
Estimated delivery was 16 weeks from ordering but it actually came about a month early!

Excellent experience.
Good choice of what we were looking for. very helpful and knowledgeable salesman. Brought extra fabric swatches. We took to cafe to browse and had an excellent lunch. Returned to riser chairs and salesman helped finalise fabric choice. Led us through the whole buying process thoroughly. prices and discounts made our purchases very reasonable for what we bought.

Sales persons
We visited the Tyseley store during the clearance sale for store refurbishment. We wanted a sofa bed and small dinning table & chairs. The salesman was polite and seamed quite helpfull. He showed us two sofa bed, a single and a double. We told him that they weren't the style we wanted. He told us that was all there was. We asked about small dinning table & chairs. He showed us a few, but they weren't right for us. Then we saw one that was just right, but he said that had been sold earlier that day. We could order one but we'd have to pay the full price. We thanked him for his help and carried on browsing.
A female sales person approached us and asked if we need any help. We told her we'd seen our ideal table but it was sold. She said we could order one at the same price. We told her what the salesman had said and she said that wasn't the case. She also found two chairs to go with the table
We said we were also looking for a sofa bed but the two we were shown weren't what we wanted. She said there were others of a different style. She showed us those and we found the style we wanted. We placed an order for the table, two chairs and a sofa bed. It was very fortunate that she approached us, other wise we'd have left the store without anything. I can't remember her name, but she said she'd been brought into Tyseley from her home store in Shrewsbury because of the sale.

Two visits, both with good, knowledgeable, friendly staff.
We have visited the store twice and have had good customer service both times. We had a good look around and asked lots of questions and had some demonstrations the first time. We went home to have a think about the space. On our return we spent time with the staff and chose what we needed with some help. Hopefully it will arrive in September, but the experience in the store was great.

Excellent customer service!
Lee was extremely polite, personable, professional and patient! Four perfect 'P's!
We eventually chose a G Plan Chair for around £1,400 and he handled the order and took the deposit giving delivery dates, etc and gave us the relevant paperwork.
At no time did he rush us into purchasing and we carried on walking around the store. We then spotted a much cheaper chair for around £600 and were 'umming and arring' about changing the order which Lee took very well and gave us the time to make the right decision for us.
Despite such a huge reduction in Sales Value Lee showed no sign of disappointment or frustration.
I am pleased to say we stuck with the more expensive chair, but Lee was an absolute credit to Cousins how he handled the situation.
Customer service at it's very best!

Buying a new Sofa. Lots of choice & really good deals.
Anne the staff member that greeted us, showed us around and advised us was friendly, knowledgeable and really helpful. We were looking to purchase a new sofa and there was such a lot of choice it was difficult to know where to start but Anne listened to our needs and ideas and came up with the perfect sofa for us.
