Time To Purchase A New Sofa
Our first time in Store and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the store and choice of Furniture on offer. Special mention for Simon, who guided us around the Department without being pushy, his product knowledge and guidance was invaluable towards us making our choice. We had been shopping around for a while but after our visit we were more than happy to make a decision whilst in Store. We will definitely be recommending Cousins Dudley to Friends and Family and returning when we need other items of Furniture. A Very Pleasent Experience.

Cousins Dudley.
Simon who dealt with us was excellent going out of his way to drop off a missing colour swatch at our home, also allowed us to have loaned suite whilst awaiting ours. I don't think Cousins are at the cheaper end of furniture retailers but their furniture seems of top quality with a massive choice. Luckily was able to take advantage of the 30% discount offer that was on at the time.
It is let down hence 4 stars, as the lift is ancient with only the internal buttons working, the disabled toilet needs refurbishing, and the showroom roof is in need of repair.

Quality control and customer service
Dreadful customer service and zero quality control. Waited nearly 2 months for a dining table delivery, only for it to arrive broken with a thin, cheap glass top compared to the showroom model. Technician confirmed it was faulty.
After waiting another month for a replacement—which customer service explicitly promised had "passed inspection"—the replacement arrived today with the exact same defects! Delivery rejected. Three months of stress and empty promises. Do not buy from Cousins.

Very well laid out store with lots of…
Very well laid out store with lots of sofas to look at.Staff were exceptionally helpful but not in your face and spent time telling us about the sofas and explaining the ins and outs of each one as well as providing swatches first us to look at colours. Member of staff we dealt with was Haz who could not have been more helpful as we were in store for the whole morning. We hope that we will be pleased with our new sofas when they arrive. We would definitely recommend cousins to other people and it is the second time that we have purchased a sofa from them with the first one being the best sofa that we have ever had and that lasted for years. The ones in between were not so good from other stores so here’s trying Cousins again.
