We bought 3 boxes of kirkland size five diapers. They were either hard as a rock and when you try to strap them they're ripping at the closure. We threw out a way to many diapers

If you live in TEXAS shop at H‑E‑B. Cheaper prices than Costco. I been Costco customer seen 2018 and I have many experience that H‑E‑B prices are way cheaper. I feel like paying member fees and pay more in Costco is doesn’t make sense.

I put a pizza order of 7 pizzas for a birthday party for my disabled children that I teach and put the order on 7/9 at 11 am and I arrived on 7 / 10 at 1130 am to pick up the pizzas and the pizzas were not ready. I am so disappointed and displeased with customer service and no explanation on why my order was not ready.

Their online gift card purchasing is a joke and sucks...tried several times. The chat is awful and non-customer approach.
IT SUCKS

We bought a log cabin through Costco.The cabin is fine but we also bought a gorilla base. If you look on the website it clearly says what you get.1050-1200mm screws , we waited to see these go in the ground.but when they came they were 600mm . They said that the information is out of date, we don’t follow that,the short screws are good enough and I did sign the paperwork.

I bought a freezer of them online, some deals to good to be true Correct, cost me £70, money left my account 2 weeks later I emailed to see when It was coming a month later emailed same no reply, needless to say I'm still waiting and there still ignoring DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

i was shocked when I saw how low Costco's reviews are. I understand people are more likely to review after a bad experience but I've always felt that besides the lineups being crazy sometimes that they are the best prices, have good sales, and east return policies. I find they fail when they farm out delivery services for appliances, mattresses and stuff like that and the only reason I give them 4 stars as I've had both delivered and both times appointments were cancelled, the people tried to get out of moving things up the stairs or taking away old stuff. But if you want the best price on metals like gold, Costco will always be the cheapest for retail on coins and small bars.

Nunca atienden el teléfono. Y cuando digo nunca, es nunca.
Les escribo un correo desde la app y tampoco contestan. Es muy frustrante.
Compré unos auriculares JBL en marzo y ya tienen el botón de encendido roto.
Al no ser de Sevilla, los he llamado y escrito para que me den una solución, y después de 3 semanas, aquí sigo esperando sin saber por dónde puedo contactar con ellos.
Espero que algún responsable de la empresa pueda leer la reseña y ponga a trabajar a los de atención al cliente de Sevilla.

They delivered the item I purchased very timely and it was in great considition. Sometimes Items get damaged in shipping, but that was not the case for me. My package came well sealed and perfect! Very happy.

Costco doesn't sell apple pie for America's 250th Fourth of July! They do offer a custard berry pie instead.
The genius who selected custard over apple pie should be dismissed. Is the new phrase "As American as berry custard pie" ?

Très déçue par la prise en charge à la cafétéria de Costco Mulhouse hier. J’ai dû interpeller le serveur moi-même, car il ne faisait pas attention à moi. Il a ensuite attendu l’heure de fermeture pour me dire, sur un ton assez grossier, qu’il ne pouvait finalement pas prendre ma commande parce qu’ils étaient fermés, alors que j’étais présente avant l’heure de fermeture. Un minimum de professionnalisme et de courtoisie serait apprécié.

Purchased an executive membership online through Groupon. Verified my membership online and made a $9300 travel purchase. Never received the $40 shop card for signing up that was supposed to be automatically emailed within 2 weeks. The virtual chat had a disclaimer as did Groupon that you do not need to go in person to the store. Two chat reps said otherwise. I called and spoke with someone on the phone and was told that the promotions team added a note not to give me the $40 unless I went to a physical store. I was never provided that info. This is a scummy way to rip off customers.

Last week I bought items at Costco. I left the store with a gentleman marking my receipt stating on receipt I had 10 items. I got home and realized the clerk that scanned my groceries- had charged me for 2 large nestles quik. I ONLY PURCHASED ONE NESTLES QUIK…. Yesterday I returned to the store. I went to customer service and WITH A SMILE I WAS REFUNDED THE ENTIRE AMOUNT. I expected a hassle and no refund. I was so pleasantly surprised. Costco is my friend. 😉

Just had my 4 Tires changed on my Mach E, loved the service and pricing on Michelin Tires , got 10% discount on the price and including the warranties you get on new tires. Pretty good deal and the comfort of having a Costco near by for any issues.

I bought a pair of progressive glasses from them 7 months ago and the frames started peeling away so badly that most of the coating is completely gone at this point. They're scratching my face when I put them on and off and they have created rushed on the top of my ears where they sit. The customer service at costco was helpless and their solution was to put some nail polish on them. Not replace their crappy frames, just add some nail polish! I paid $250+ so 7 months later I can put some nail polish on them to be able to wear them! Ridiculous!

Today we had our new washing machine delivered, and I would like to recognize Michael and Odir for the outstanding service they provided.

They were extremely professional, courteous, and efficient throughout the entire installation process. They installed the washing machine effortlessly, treated our home with care, and made sure everything was completed properly before they left.

Their positive attitude and professionalism made the entire experience stress-free. I highly recommend Michael and Odir for any delivery and installation service. They are an excellent team and truly represent outstanding customer service.

Bought a brand new Maytag washer at Christmas. It worked for 92 days and completely stopped working. Who knew Costco doesn’t care about your non working appliances after 90 days. It has taken 3 more months to get it repaired. I should’ve taken the broken one to Costco anyways and got a refund and bought one for a higher price at Lowe’s. I'm not renewing membership when it’s up in November. I’ve never been a big fan anyways.

Comme trop souvent, la moitié des caisses non pourvues de caissières et des queues jusqu'à la moitié du magasin. C'est de l'irrespect total du client. Encore une fois, j'ai abandonné mon caddy plein et je me suis rendu au Carrefour de Gometz. Vu le nombre de caddy abandonnés devant les caisses, je ne pense pas que ces économies de personnel soit rentables.
En payant un abonnement annuel non négligeable, on s'attendrait à un peu plus d'égards
