Terrible Costco delivery of this fridge. 1st attempt, the two delivery guys brought fridge down the truck still in its wrap & Styrofoam, went to the back and told me it's too big. The fridge without the doors is 27~ inches and the width of my doors are 31 inches. Called Costco support, they said 2nd attempt they will have a senior team. 2nd delivery attempt, exact same guys brought fridge out told me again it wouldn't fit & didn't make any attempts to remove fridge door even with special work order allowing them more time and this time they picked a damaged unit from the warehouse w/ apparent dent in metal part to show us as they knew we'd obviously refuse the delivery. When I tried to take a picture of the damage while the fridge is still in the truck, the same delivery guy shut the door on me so I couldn't. 3rd attempt of delivery, senior team set to go out, I was told I'd get a call or email, but instead 3 days later, my order got cancelled. No resolution ever, after speaking to 5+ agents. It's been almost one month since I've ordered, and besides the expense of using igloo boxes to keep my food cold from a broken fridge, the worse part is dealing with all these agents and Costco Logistics and not ever getting any resolution. WIll have to get my fridge from Home Depot, this was my first time trying out Costco Logistics and it didn't work out. Costco said they'll compensate me if I buy a fridge that they can't even deliver, and if they DO compensate it'll be a small amount. Go to Home Depot to get your fridges delivered, not costco

Je ferai juste une parenthèse sur le restaurant vu que la plupart d’entre vous ont déjà tout dit sur le magasin…🤬🤬🤬
À éviter, je sors d’1h 15 minutes pour 1 pizza. Pourtant ils sont nombreux en cuisine, mais que des bras cassés. Personne ne sort les pizzas des fours résultat elles s’écrasent les unes sur les autres et direction poubelle. Le bipper des frites sonne plus longtemps que le temps pour les cuire et cela ne dérange personne. La personne en caisse 0 de tension, de logique, de respect des clients et j’en passe. Hygiène déplorable, ils transpirent, pas de masque sur la bouche, tabliers dégoûtants, graisse partout au dol …Tout le monde s’énerve, 1 dame attends des frites depuis 2 heures… un vigile a été envoyé pour calmer les clients.
Je vais voir 2 managers : réponse on ne peut rien faire si ce n’est vous rembourser, la direction est informée…
Remboursement après 1 heure d’attente, mais toi aussi grand tu sembles avoir de la logique. T’es manager assume ton poste ou alors si c’est trop compliqué va en cuisine…
Elle est loin l’époque de l’ouverture à l’américaine ou quand tu postulait on te demandait de sortir de polytechnique, ou les employés dans les rayons parlaient anglais…
Aujourd’hui vous payez votre arrogance et ne recrutez des bons à rien… j’avais déjà attendu au restaurant, mais jamais autant de temps.
Et pourtant que de gens à rien faire, comme les doubles employés en caisse une qui enregistre et l’autre qui balance les trucs dans les caddies… et les gentils employés à la sortie qui contrôlent quoi??? On te demande ton ticket, ton caddie déborde mais avec son coup d’œil d’une seconde du ticket vers le caddie et te sors c’est bon Mr, le compte est bon… pourquoi ces gens là ne vont pas aider? Et les 2-3 gentils superviseurs avec leur qu’import et cahier pour écrire, à rigoler entre eux. Vraiment vous servez à quoi. 0 organisation a l’américaine, que du vent, ah si les prix sont à l’américaine.
Je vais restituer ma carte après être abonné depuis l’ouverture, service déplorable, produits chers au final, estimation du client zéro.
Retour aux bon vieux hyper carrefour Leclerc…

First of all I felt lost when I couldn't use my Costco card last year because I was laid off. But as soon as I got on my feet I renewed my membership I love this store I have bought sheets paper towels, water, and toilet paper it's so convenient and reasonably priced. Thank you Costco 😊

I am a Costco member and I had a flat tire in the parking lot of Costco. I went to the tire department to see if they could help me but was told there was nothing they can do. Gonna cancel this membership after this post.

I purchased the lays cheeseburger chips and they tasted NOTHING like cheeseburgers they infact tasted like unsalted regular chips , while I had a bag 3 days ago that tastes like every part of the burger it is very inconsistent and disappointing

We have been loyal Costco customers for over 20 years and have been shopping at the Frisco, TX store for approximately 13–14 years. Throughout this time, we have consistently had excellent experiences with both the products and customer service.

However, over the past year, we have noticed a decline in the quality of some produce items, particularly at the Frisco, TX store. On several occasions, fruits purchased from Costco have turned out to be spoiled or rotten shortly after purchase.

Most recently, we purchased a bag of Peelz oranges, and nearly 80% of them were spoiled. Although they appeared fine from the outside, once peeled they had a strong spoiled odor and were not suitable for consumption.

This was not something we experienced in the past, and we wanted to bring it to your attention. We hope the produce quality can be reviewed and improved so that it continues to meet the high standards we have come to expect from Costco.

Ordered a signed football shirt for my sons birthday. It’s been weeks now and still not arrived although Costco UK say it’s been shipped. Customer service shocking and clueless. Borderline criminal

I was notified my computer glasses had come in. I've ordered two pair and one pair arrived. I went over the Woodinville,WA Costco. I signed in at the kiosk. And about 10+ minutes later another person did the same. When the name came up the person who came in after me was called. Even though I had signed in ahead of that person. The person was a younger female and the costco person was a male. The lesson is: bring an attractive female with you if you want to get help! My second pair are yet to come in. I can't wait to get those!! I could have been done picking up my glasses over 30 minutes sooner because the old fat balding guy had eyes for the other customer!

Nancy at the cash register was very rude, threatening to call her Supervisor to stop me from paying for my mom. Listen, you don't have to act like a rabid animal when it comes to store policy. Many as the supervisor has no manners either. Costco customer service is going downhill and I'm not going to return.

Costco has a lot of great stuff at a fair price. They pay their workers well, too. I like so much about this company: they don't screw over their vendors, they try to be environmentally-friendly, they take care of their customers. Returns are easy.

Bought a Samsung TV from Costco in San Jose….. HUGE mistake DO Not buy a TV from Costco…They stock lousy TV’s.
Would not buy the Brand Samsung because it’s the most difficult to navigate TV, lousy Customer service . Not user friendly products from Samsung, shame on Costco for selling this Junk

This is such a horrible thing and it should not happen to anyone. I closed from work and I have been at the park lot sleeping and waiting for Costco to open, all for them to tell me that it’s only executive membership that are allowed at this time. This is a horrible thing to do, trying to force everyone into buying executive membership???? This is stealing and it’s unacceptable. I would like to cancel my membership and go somewhere else.

Jag förstod situationen, så jag gick till mina föräldrar och bad dem följa med mig tillbaka. Eftersom jag verkligen ville prova, gick jag fram och tog ett smakprov. Då skrek Roy på mig. Jag tycker att det är ett oerhört oförskämt beteende att skrika på ett barn, och en vuxen person borde verkligen ha mer tålamod. Snälla, anställ inte personer som bemöter kunder på ett så otrevligt sätt. Man bör ha åtminstone lite respekt, särskilt som vuxen, och inte agera så omoget. Väx upp!

Because I think you should have the program not just who you live with because everyone doesn’t live with other people that’s crazy I liked when you had it membership for 2 people but they didn’t live in the same household that was the best because me and my friend went 50/50 and got a membership together. Now it stinks because you need to be in the same house hold.Please try to see about doing it this way.

Order tires from Costco for 2016 Toyota Tacoma TRD 4x4 and the image of the tire I purchased is not what I received even though all of the tire information was the only thing that changed was the tire I received.
Lesson learned don’t order anything online from Costco!
