Thank you Helen! I had a wonderful experience after having to call in with a question. She was incredibly patient and took the time to walk me through each step of the process with clarity and care. What really stood out was her sparkling personality—pleasant, upbeat, and genuinely supportive throughout. Her professionalism combined with her friendly demeanor made what could have been a stressful task feel seamless.

Helen Huckeba was very helpful and answered all my questions.

Helen was extremely helpful, efficient, and most of all kind. She helped me through the process of getting orders set up and all the while was excellent at explaining it to me. Best customer service from phone support I have had in a long time maybe ever! I left the call feeling much more confident than when I started out (on quickbooks- LOL) All the day before a holiday- I feel like I need to quit for the day while im ahead.

Helen Huckeba is amazing to work with. She gets things done and really works through the issues with you.

Helen was great. I felt like my concerns were heard and she was proactive if taking care of them. Great client service skills.

Helen was great and very informative!

We’ve had such a great experience working with Erica Ray at CorpNet! From the start, she’s been incredibly responsive, kind, and knowledgeable—always going the extra mile to make sure we understand the steps involved, even when it’s something CorpNet doesn’t directly handle (like state dissolutions). Erica has been mindful of our unique business structure and open to our many suggestions (including the occasional wild idea), which we really appreciate. On top of that, the CorpNet platform has been super easy to navigate, and the user interface makes managing our filings feel simple and streamlined. Highly recommend working with Erica and the CorpNet team!

Kelcey always goes above and beyond is super kind, extremely responsive, and quick to action to help me resolve any issues. We appreciate you Kelcey, here at Elentra!

I really appreciate being able to talk with a representative located in the U.S. I could easily understand her. She helped walk me thru some of the things I was unsure of and stayed on the line until it was solved. She was very respectful and I appreciate that because this was all new to me.

Corpnet helped me with tax registration. Something that is usually very confusing for me and makes me very uncomfortable was made super easy with the help of the friendly staff. They were always readily available and willing to answer any questions I have. Shout out specifically to Helen who was incredibly helpful and friendly! Helen was so kind and so helpful! What I was concerned would be a huge issue ended up being taken care of immediately. Her customer service was 10/10!

Quick service, had a representative on the line within 2 minutes. Very friendly, solution oriented and we were able to expedite our request for state registration.

I was experiencing some issues with the website so called support. Helan Huckeba was a huge help and delightful to work with. She went out of her way to make sure my issues were resolved. She went above and beyond by sending an email to me laying out exactly what was still needed for several client applications and steps to take to get the information submitted. Thank you Helen!
