The portal is incredibly user friendly, and emails and questions are responded to promptly and kindly. They also are very transparent about pricing and don't gauge you like I had been in the past. They have a REAL LIVE representative that you can actually speak to! No chatbots, tech tickets in order to get a question answered. Heather was friendly and answered my questions in a timely manner.
Overall I like the dashboard and their follow up calls to make sure the companies remain compliant.
