Cornish Hot Tubs Anmeldelser

Polite efficient member and had what I needed

The serviceman was efficient and helpful.

Tim was very informative and very patient with us when we visited the showroom as we didn't know what we wanted. The service we have received has been impeccable. The installers Matt and Damion were brilliant and the delivery and installation went smoothly. Would recommend them to anyone thinking of buying a tub.

I needed replacement steps for a holiday property at very short notice. Not able to wait for Amazon Prime, I contacted Cornish Hot Tubs, still expecting to be told they would need to be ordered. To my amazement, they had them in stock and available for collection that very day!

Very helpful with water control in hot tub and had chemicals in stock that we required

Once again, great service. Always knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Tim and all the staff are really great to deal with. We wouldn't use anyone else.

Easy and friendly.

I picked Cornish Hot Tubs as my suppiler above one that is closer to me as their website showed that they had everything that I was considering buying.
I was not dissapointed. I visited their base at Indian Queens and had all my questions answered by their director. Their installation team were great. I was given plenty of instructions on how to operate my new purchase and how to know which chemicals and how much to add to the water.
I have since had advice on what to do to protect my hot tub during the current stormy weather.

The service provided by our engineer, Craig, was first class. He arrived on time, was efficient, explained what he was doing, and was generally brilliant

Really helpful, great information source as we started our Hot tub journey. Smooth installation, friendly staff and overall a great service

Damion is such a helpful engineer. I recently was having some minor issues with my water chemistry and he figured out the problem and gave some great advice on maintenance.

On initially meeting they were very helpful and accommodating as a first time customer in the showroom. Booked the service there and then, also gave advise on my additives for my hot tub.
Matt came out to service hot tub, very professional, polite, knowledgeable and informative. Completed the service to a very high standard left everything neat and tidy. While also being very approachable and friendly

Friendly and helpful engineers, thorough job and good price. Visit and service went smoothly and good advice given to help prolong the longevity provided.

We have just purchased our 2nd Hot tub from Cornish Hot Tubs and we are over the moon with it. The quality and finish is exceptional.
We are really pleased with how smoothly the installation went. Would recommend Cornish Hot Tubs 100%

Had heat pump fitted, Mat and his colleague worked hard in the rain, were clean working, tidied up after themselves, would recommend Cornish Hot Tubs

Many thanks to Matt at Cornish Hot Tubs for planning in our yearly service visit without any prompt from us.
Damion arrived on time with everything he needed to carry out another full service of our hot tub. Great service which has left our hot tub in as new condition with sparkling water.
I would highly recommend the yearly servicing arrangement, works great for us.

Always excellent service from these guys, Matt Newman and Damien Silvey are excellent. Never a problem that can't be resolved

Got exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price

Cornish Hot Tubs were really helpful setting up a service appointment for our hot tub. On the day, Simon was super efficient getting the hot tub filled and ready and it was all very hassle-free. We’ve never had a hot tub before but Simon was great at explaining everything and I now feel confident that we know how to look after it. Will definitely use them again for a service and for any maintenance issues in the future.
