Ordered my lids and they were delivered before the estimated time, very good, will definitely be ordering more from you

The quality of the jars and bottles is really good, plus the variety of designs makes it easier for me to purchase different designs of jars & bottles for different themes.

Overall, their jars & bottles, customer experience, affordable pricing, and services are very satisfactory, and I will recommend them to anyone especially businesses buying jars and bottles.

I’m going to be totally truthful here, at first on messaging them. I was going to leave feedback with only one star.

Now, since we have had a few messages backwards, I’m going to change my rating to a five star

The reason for this you may well ask is because I ordered some jars, noted the returns policy that I would only have an 80% refund, which I thought was fair as they would deduct the cost of the collection from my refund. And, I was happy with that.

On contacting them, I was told that I would have to arrange a courier to collect the jars, and I would have to pay the cost of returning them.

So not only would I be out-of-pocket by the 20% discount they took from my refund. I would also be out of pocket from having to pay the courier.

On speaking to them, I explained that nowhere on their website does it say that the customer has to pay the cost of the return, meaning that we are doubly out-of-pocket?

I have asked them to good will me a collection and to change their website so that all customers are aware of exactly what they are paying

The outcome of this is that they are sending me a courier to collect the jars, as to whether they change their policies on their website to allow for more clarity for the customer, I do not know.

This is the reason I am changing my review for a one star to a five star

ANY NEW CUSTOMERS, PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE RETURNS POLICY AND THE FACT THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR ANY RETURNS AS WELL

Small quantity but great service and free delivery

Sent me 1 item as sample but would not send the other requested that would fit my requirements unless I paid for the sample so for a sale of £350 I had to look elsewhere and obtain the correct size for a cheaper cost with no cost for samples!

Good quality jars at a good price. Delivery costs are a bit high but seem to be fixed so it makes sense to order larger quantities.

I’m still sorting through the 1400 lids to take out the damaged ones. I hope Southern Jar can sort this out without me doing all the work. So watch out if you are buying 63mm lids.

Experience great, packed well with no issues

I've had problems with damaged items, the cluster service was like... Meh, so what... Promised to address it, but they never did. Lost my custom.

I had emailed you Alexander, more than once,you know the issues are all the scratched bottles, not the caps, that's another issue I was patient on both times when you were out of stock for a week or so on both orders, but you sent me this request for a review, so I responded with the truth. Denying things makes you look even worse, I have the emails if you would like me to post them here too? A good company take ownership of issues, but try to pretend there isn't / wasn't any!

They are very fair to their customers. My experience shows that it is good to have more products for the community.
