Cornish Hot Tubs Anmeldelser

Purchased hot tub from Cornish Hot Tubs, found exactly what i was looking for. Booked date for delivery, arrived exactly on time. They did an amazing job putting hot tub in place, explained everything in detail. Thank you so much.

Cornish Hot Tubs were amazing to deal with. From first enquiry to final installation the service was great. Prompt replies to any queries we had. The installation team were great and a pleasure to have on our property! Highly recommend this company.

From our first visit to the showroom where we spoke to Tim to the final install of our new Hot Tub at our Holiday Home the whole experience was 1st Class. Tim took a significant amount of time with us to ensure we were buying the right tub for us. Once the purchase was complete the tub was delivered and installed in the timelines agreed. Matt and his team of engineers were excellent and once the tub was installed everything was explained about use of chemicals and the remote management system that we had purchased. We are now enjoying our luxury tub🙂 Thanks to all at CornishHotTubs👍🏽

Tim and the team at Cornish Hot Tubs provided an exemplary service throughout the process

Tim was helpful throughout the whole purchase and after sales. We're very happy with the product and service. Thanks to all involved. Was great to use a local business.

Great service. All of the team were friendly and knowledgeable, without any pushy sales tactics. Fingers are now crossed for the site survey 🤞🏼

I have nothing but praise for Cornish Hot Tubs Limited. From first contact and all the way through the purchase procedure I found it easy to understand, very informative regarding the different aspects of hot tubs and Tim was extremely knowledgeable regarding all the available models. I did mess him about a little bit changing my mind two or three times but all my needs were met with professionalism and courtesy. I would certainly recommend Cornish Hot Tubs Limited to friends and family with the knowledge that their needs would be met.

Our Engineer Matt came out to do our service and did a wonderful job, vey informative.

Thanks

Easily ordered on line although the courier was a bit hit and miss. Neatly packaged.
One of the items I ordered was out of stock so a suitable substitute and a free sample was sent. I am going to have to build a cabinet to keep all the chemicals and accessories in

Very friendly and helpful

Easy to find what you want on the website. Excessive packaging but very easy to order and pay.

Hot tub shop

Cornish Hot Tubs are always brilliant to do business with. Simple as that!

A problem only became apparent with our hot tub outside of the warranty period. After hard negotiations with Tim Roberts a compromise was reached. In the end Tim fitted the whole item which had failed. Top bloke! Top company to deal with.
