Cordell & Co have been amazing from start to finish, for me following a car accident as a passenger in an Uber, which left me needing spinal surgery, I was left out of work, mostly bed bound missing out on everything I loved for 6 months, but Cordell and Co helped me achieve a suitable settlement in a very short period in my experience with previous issues. They have been probably the easiest solicitors I have worked with and fully professional throughout the process, Hannah especially was great at answering any of my many quarrels at times and took the stress out of the entire situation whilst I was left sat at home stressing. Communication was always clear and they worked incredibly fast compared to others. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a solicitors. If you are reading this please use another firm. I’m a business owner that had an accident at home with the roof collapsing. DO NOT USE CORDELL & Co

I had the pleasure of having Lucy funnell handle my claim throughout the process and i couldn’t of have had better help from start to finish i received updates and reassurance, I would definitely recommend, their services are 10/10 and if I ever got injured again I would be straight back.

Basically, forced to sign a 3 year outcome, where, if I didn't agree, and took it further without this company, I'd occur further expenses. Passed over to many staff, having to reiterate questions and answers, along with corrections within the time. Asked to give more evidence, without answering my questions of 'which type' no proper feedback. Although it was finalised, disappointed isn't the word

The team went out of their way to get all the correct information and worked tirelessly to get a result. Top communication and quick responses. Definitely worth speaking to again in the future. Fantastic work from Lucy and the team.

Cordell handled all aspects of the case, I basically only had to answer calls and emails for questions, they were friendly and supportive. There was a bit of change over with who was handling my case at first but I didn't see this affect efficiency. My legal contact Romesh Ramkissoon was professional and easy to speak with, he listened to me and did everything in my best interest.
