I just wanted to thank Compass for honouring their quotation and delivering the oil they quoted the day before the costs rocketed due to the situation in the Middle East. After hearing so many horror stories of cancelled orders it’s reassuring to know that Compass can be trusted in times like this. 😊

On Tuesday 10th Feb I ordered an oil delivery and was told it should arrive by Mon 16th Feb at the latest! We had informed the company that it needed to be delivered in a small tanker due to where we lived! When it didn’t arrive on the Monday we called to be told that they had a shortage of small tankers and couldn’t tell us when we would receive our order!!!! We decided to cancel our order and get a refund! We will not be using this company again!!

The driver Jamie and Andrew on the phones have been more than helpful! We had a fire which meant our tanker was unusable they went above and beyond with being helpful, and understanding. They ensured they put oil on the next delivery as soon as we had a new tanker, they truly area credit to their team! They have a new loyal customer due to this.

I can’t rate Compass highly enough. It is so refreshing Trevor answered the phone and dealt with my order immediately .He even got my order delivered the same day to Clay Coton,in fact just a couple of hours as we had a problem.I was amazed at such a level of service not found these days. I would highly recommend using this company.

The delivery driver was polite, friendly and chatty and bearing in mind he drove up from the Valleys in this weather, he had every reason to be miserable! Also bear in mind he had to get the hose over next door's fence as we don't have our own back entrance. A credit to his employer.

Almost ran out of fuel as unable yo fill oil tank from top up barrels due to fracture of bone in back. Asked Compass for help. Sent delivery within 48 hrs to very remote property. WHAT A TEAM!!

I was very low on oil between Christmas and New year and rang to re order expecting it to take a week , but when I explained that I thought I may run out , they managed to fit me in with a next day delivery!
