I ordered 2 umbrellas, only received one after waiting nearly a month! Avoid like the plague, they are con artists

I ordered them two weeks ago, £25 down and little girl had no birthday present what total scammers.

On 7th June 2024 I returned a Music Box to them and have been fighting for he refund ever since, saying they had not received the product.
Proof of posting was sent to them and that was not enough but after pressing them they, on the 7th August 2024, they stated they would send the refund in 2to5 business days. Today 7th September 2024 I have emailed them asking “Where is my refund” for the second time!!
They need to get their act together as there is no way I would recommend them.

I should have read reviews first before purchasing as item but turned up! (I normally do read reviews so I am mad with myself). Avoid buying from this company. You are simply wasting your money.

I recently purchased the glitter eyeshadow took a little longer to arrive but it arrived today it's stunning very happy with my purchase I would have given 5 stars it it had arrived earlier the pallette and colours are beautiful could only put 1 photo up but I put the wrong 1 up

My mother in law just received the order, however they have sent black and I ordered purple. Sent three messages by email, FB and Instagram no response very disappointed and will not be buying from them again. Also surprised they are not a UK company, adverts very deceiving!

Indestructible Bear crumbled like a soggy kitkat. Not even 12 hours and it was spewing it's insides like an episode of Saw.

I received the comfybear from the alleged British website. However when I checked the tracking it was coming from China. My dog was really excited to receive her indestructable toy but unfortunately it was destroyed within 5 minutes. It seems to be made from normal fabric and is not reinforced in any way. I emailed the company and received a reply from China "Hello,

Sorry you are not satisfied with our product. If you need to return the goods, you must send the package to the designated place. In this case, the postage will be high and the logistics time will be very long. You can keep the package and we give you 50% money back, okay?" I then submitted an email via PayPal asking for all my money refunded including postage. I said that their advertising was incorrect and that I would escalate my complaint through PayPal if they refused. I have now had a full refund.

The color was spot on. The outfit for sure doesn’t come in one size there is literally a size written in the outfit. And a medium is large or xl

The shorts run small. I thought they might be so I ordered a larger size which still wasn’t big enough.

Way too thin, they are comfortable but way too thin

I spent £17 as discount wasn't applied as promised on 2 bears that lasted less than 3 minutes. Easily ripped and dangerous as squeaker fell out. Very disappointed, have been conned and have to pay again to return. Item ordered 11/03/24 and delivered 23/03/24

Slits are ridiculously high, even with maternity leggings my sides show. The material is a wierd spandex texture too. Not a fan.

Irregular cut and pattern sewn poorly with asymmetrical darts on the side and front panels causes blouse to hang crooked.

Comfy, bear-dog toy a load of garbage destroyed in seconds, brought better dog toys in a pound shop.

I loved the color and material, but the neckline is just designed badly, too high, and with a very short zipper. Too bad .

These had a terrible odor when out of the package, and I found the material to not be as quality as I’d hoped. For pregnancy leggings, I’d expect fabric to be a little more thick and supportive…not these. They also weren’t hemmed well, and suggested cutting them with a raw hem exposed if too long. They won’t unravel, but that’s just poor quality. Not my favorite pair of leggings so far…

Cute but really hard to get on a toddler, the elastic to get the shoe on is inhibited by the bow design

My son ONLY wears these shoes to school and in less than 2 months they are falling apart! Gym shoes should last longer than that. Look elsewhere if you want durable shoes that will hold up more than a couple of months…very disappointing.
