Color CL is the best thing I’ve ever experienced! I was almost going to settle for TTDeye and I’m glad I didn’t. I chose ACI shipping when I ordered my dark gray contacts and they didn’t arrive within the timeframe of 8-20 days. I emailed their customer service and they responded very very quickly. They re-shipped my contacts via DHL and they let me change the color of my contacts as well. Not only that, but they also gave me a free bottle of contact solution! They also said that I could keep the old package which is coming, completely free. And if you think I’m done, I’m not; my package arrived in not 4 to 6 days, but only TWO. I got my contacts in TWO days. On top of the fact that the contacts were amazing. This is the best customer experience I’ve ever received and if you’re thinking about buying from color CL, stop doubting! TTDeye ain’t worth it! Settle for CL! I’m VERY happy with my purchase and I will be buying here every time I want contacts.❤️

Colorcl has by far been the best company I have bought from. Any issues I had they fixed and emailed me back immediately everytime helping me with any questions I had. I ordered a set of contacts from them and when I went to see the tracking it would not show me details and it had been a while since I paid for them. I contacted their costumer service and they were so polite and professional and helped me amazingly. They ended up resending my package with dhl express shipping and added in some free items from their store as well. I now only ever buy contacts from them.

These ere very beautiful contacts and the customer service and shipping is wonderful. If you wear prescription I would recommend buying multiple and stock up so your shipping can be quick and free. I bought the contacts in the color cafe from the siesta black edition line. I have really dark eyes and gave up on contacts because of that bug eye look and I got tired of people asking me if they were my real eyes. This is definitely your color if you are looking for a sudden natural pop.

I reached out to Color CL customer service for assistance in color selection for my lenses. Responses were extremely prompt, I would hear back from them within a day or less, often within 12 hours. Customer service linked me to review videos or photos to help facilitate my decision-making process. Customer service was very knowledgeable about which lenses would be suitable for my skin tone and would appear the most natural. Because of their trustworthiness in this communication, I went ahead and placed an order for several lenses. I will update my review with more details about the product once I receive it.

I have ordered multiple times from this site . All was good
But recently they changed their shipping policy and now the only option is DHL .
Not only the shipping itself is 30
The worst part is DHL the only option
DHL is the worst shipping method becouse you will ALWAYS PAY customs and you cant even calculate the exact cost of customs becouse DHL will always charge whatever they want
You will pay for the shipping and the customs fee and you will pay also an extra fee for DHL doing the calculation for you

You never know how much they'll charge you
With DHL you will always pay way more than what you would pay at local post office

It's always like waiting for an unpleasant surprise with them

Super brand, nice lenses 😊

The contact lenses are beautiful and comfy to wear, but ..I refuse to pay double the shipping cost, guess it time to look elsewere

I just ordered my first pair of ColorCL contacts and wow. This is the fastest customer service I've received in a long while. Their customer service is excellent! I asked a question regarding my payment option, & contact lens and they answered within 5-10 minutes. They respond to all your questions, and help you in the best way. In fact regarding their contacts, they offer affordable prices with great quality. Many reviews about their contact lens shown on Youtube prove it to you.

5000+ star company! I had a problem with my contacts stinging my eyes and they were so nice about it and provided me with information on how to fix it. AND then they sent me 80$ in free products to try new lenses since the other ones weren't working for me. I've never experienced better care from a company and shipping is really quick too considering its from south korea. affordable and much better for brown eyes too.

I haven't ordered any lenses simply because the shipping is twice as much as the actual lenses which is a shame because I would order in a heartbeat if not for that. Wish it wasnt that way. Their contracts look very natural. 😞

Wow im super impressed! I ordered 5 lenses on 23/06/20 and it arrived in Singapore on 27/06/20, one of the fastest delivery i have came across! Via DHL express. The contact lenses are gorgeous, the price is fantastic & they are very generous in providing each lense with a case. Will definitely recommend ColourCL and order more in the time to come!

Why is the shipping price so expensive ? 28 dollars just for shipping ??? A big no no. The shipping price was much cheaper before.

Just got my order. It was so fast! I have looked up tons of other companies and they always have alot of bad reviews. Their packaging is great and I love my contacts. I have been screwed over by other companies and am only ordering from colorcl from now on. Good prices. I wrote on my order plz leave it in my mail box not my door and they wrote that on the box. Of course whoever delivered it still left it at my door but I appreciated that colorcl paid attention to what I said. Looking forward to my next order!

This company is great! I just received my first purchase and it only took FOUR days. It actually came a day earlier. I would highly recommend this company if you're looking for colored contacts.

Ho ordinato 4 paia di lenti bellissime, soprattutto le romance Cedar e le romance india della linea Siesta black. Sono lenti che contengono il 38% d'acqua come moltissime altre lenti in commercio sia colorate che non.Una lente ha dato un po di problemi all'occhio di mia figlia, tipo un prurito e rossore, ma la lente non presentava nessun difetto almeno a guardarla ad occhio nudo, ho contattato il servizio clienti chiedendo soprattutto consigli e come mai. Sono stati più che gentili, mi hanno dato una serie di condigli e non solo mi hanno rimborsato tutto il costo dell'ordine, quindi anche le lenti che ancora non ho aperto e indossato, ma mi hanno inviato un altro due paia di lenti romance cedar per mia figlia in regalo, più un liquido/collirio per gli occhi è una custodia pochette per lenti a contatto.Che dire sono stati davvero gentili e professionali, mi hanno conquistata sia per la bellezza delle loro lenti colorate che per la loro disponibilità e gentilezza.La spedizione è stata velocissima sia la prima volta, che la seconda, ora ho effettuato un altro ordine approfittando di un offerta paghi uno prendi due le monthly Brown, non vedo l'ora di provarle, in genere il pacco arriva in tre giorni, anche questo è straordinario considerato che proviene dalla Corea del sud in Italia.Sinceramente neanche le poste Italiane sul territorio sono così veloci.

I’ve been using their contacts for about 3 years. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for my colored lenses. The quality is amazing and they are PERFECT for dark eyes. Very natural.

I received my order from Colorcl without any problems within a few days. The products were beautiful and the package was very nice. When I contacted Colorcl customer service about a small mistake in the contact lenses, I got a very quick and nice answer. I was very surprised about the immediate delivery and the polite customer service. They sent me new contact lenses and a few free products.

At the beginning I was worried about ordering from Colorcl because the company is very far away...
However, the shipping was easy and really customer friendly. Big praise to all employees and thanks again for the help and the nice mail and gesture with the free products!

Hands down the ColorCL Siesta Crystal and Crystal Iris contacts are the most natural, realistic lens I have ever worn, and the least expensive !!!! I have tried many different expensive color contacts, purchased from well known international companies, but they do not remotely compare to the Siesta Crystal and Crystal Iris collection if you are looking for a very natural, realistic contact. They look so real no one will think for a second you are wearing contacts!!! Also, shipping is incredibly fast!!!

Absolutely amazing company. Great and friendly service.I have ordered lenses from them couple of times and I was always more than satisfied. They were delivered from Korea to Croatia in a week and the quality of the lenses is great. There is variety of colors to choose, I got compliments from a lot of people and some even ordered lenses themselves when they saw how it looks on me. Lenses are very comfortable, I wear them for 10-12 hours with no problems at all. They always send you a small gift with every order which is really cute and a sign of gratitude.
Will order from them in the future and definitely recommend them to everyone.
