I am ordering from Colorcl for several years now and can only say that this is a company with excellent customer service, great lenses ( quality/price ratio is unbeatable) and fast shipping ( which became quite pricey for Europe but it is pricey from any other non EU company as well , so…) Although I ordered several kinds throughout the years I definitely found a pair which suits me and is extremely comfortable and natural looking ( Siesta Black Romance Khaki) so mostly I am buying those. They are extremely comfortable and I wear them daily for more than 10 hours and also I swim with them with no problems. Last order I had a slight problem and I can only say the company’s response was incredible. They answered my email immediately although it was sent on a weekend and had a new pair sent to me already on Monday with the lens fluid and extra lens case as a present. I wear lenses since 1992 and have been wearing many brands ( Solotica, Bella , Desio , Anesthesia, etc ) but this is defo my favourite brand . Kudos to ColorCL , keep up with good work!

The color is beautiful and natural BUT is TOTAL discomforting, I’m sad because I paid A LOT (I’m from Europe) and these lenses just goes to the trash, I could use for more than 1 hour .. is really bad quality

I recently ordered three pairs of contacts from color CL. They were pretty expensive once shipping was configured in. Let me start by saying these contacts are extremely uncomfortable. They dry out n about an hour and a half max to the point where it makes your vision blurry. No amount of lubricating drops help fix this. I actually took them out and threw them in the trash. The color pigmentation of the Siesta crystal green or blue barely changes the color of my eyes. The only way you can tell is while using flash photography. Will never purchase again.

Amazing customer service, Royal Mail lost the package and Colorcl sent another free of charge.
The contacts look amazing, no one can even tell!

I've had the best experience with Colorcl! I've sent them a message before placing an order because I noticed they ship with DHL (witch is not the best delivery service out there) asking about possible customs fees. They replied very quickly on the 31st of December saying that the customs fees might be a bit high for my country and they will include a free pair of contacts to make up for those costs. They didn't have to do that but they have amazing customer service.
The shipping was very fast, it took 5-6 days to get my package to Romania and not only did they add the free pair witch was a gorgeous color but they also included a new pair of contacts that aren't even available yet, you can only pre-order them.
When I opened my package I was giggling like a kid at Christmas.
Their contacts are absolutely gorgeous, very conformable ( I wear them for 8-10 hours every day) and from a great company on top of that.
I'm already picking the products for my next order :)
10/10 would recommend!

For everyone wondering about the shipping costs, this is what their website says:

I’m from turkey and I want to purchase but I can’t cuz PayPal is banned in my country and that’s the only payment method,no sense keeping Turkey on shipping list when there’s no PayPal, I mailed the company many times to give an idea about adding more methods but all they say is no that’s the one now,besides shipping is very pricey to Europe.Many customers are complaining about it and I see sadly that they don’t care.Well maybe they don’t care about losing customers…

Ottimo, nulla da eccepire

I have been searching for this color the last 3 years. My eyes are dark brown and the Siesta Sahara Sunrise gives me that beautiful cherry brown I've been looking for! Love this company. Customer service is Great! Will definitely be ordering more!

Che dire, le lenti più belle e naturali che possano esistere..
Ho avuto problemi con il mio pacco, purtroppo per l Italia ci sono tasse , affari di dogana, ministero della salute, che impediscono il normale invio per questi prodotti, e non e assolutamente colpa loro anzi si sono rivelati affidabili seri e disponibili per aiutarmi al meglio! Veramente una grande professionalità e lenti stupende! Spero si possa risolvere questo problema (non colpa loro) con le spedizioni in Europa..
Restate comunque i migliori!

My favorite brand of colored contact lens but I was shocked with the shipping fee to europe - €60 including VAT. Before, shipping used to be free when you buy more than $60 but now it’s like really unfair. I pushed through the order anyway as I need them urgently but this would be the last time I would order from them.

Colorcl will forever have me as a loyal customer! The contacts are by far the best I've ever used. Customer service is absolutely amazing! I HIGHLY recommend Colorcl!!!

Ho passato ore a guardare ed apprezzare questi prodotti che sembrano eccezionali, dopo aver scelto il prodotto che mi interessava di più,arrivo al pagamento e mi sparano 50 euro di spedizione su un prodotto che ne costa 13.ho optato per non acquistarlo perché mi sembra eccessivo!peccato!

Europe shipping cost more than 5 pair of lenses and doesn't make any sense nowadays. Plus Taxes coming from nowhere. Cost more than Solotica and others luxury brands. I really like the lenses but I'm a little bit offended as an European. I'm not going to buy these lenses and I'm not going to suggest them to anyone. I was hoping to implement this brand in my store but I really disappointed.

It is very bad to exclude free shipping to European countries

Wonderful eye contacts. I love them, especially the Siesta Sahara Rose, which I've been complimented on many times (with most girls who don't know me, complimenting my eyes thinking they are natural, haha!)

Last shipment had quite a delay, and we couldn't track it. So I told ColorCL and their customer support sent me an express replacement order which reached me literally in 2 days!

Absolutely wonderful customer experience in every respect, including very reasonable pricing.

They are an AMAZING company with really helpful customer service!!!! Better than other contact lens companies ive contacted, they are incredibly fast replying and solve your issues at the best way! I had an issue with a contact lens and they are sending me another one for free which is great! And their contact lenses are comfortable and extremely beautiful and natural! They deserve alot of stars😊!!! Buy from them for sure!!

I love the contacts from color cl! I only give it 4 stars because of how pricey the shipping is. But I must say my package did arrive quite fast! So I was pleased. And they contacts are very comfy and reasonably priced. I was ordering from solotica and 1 pair is 70, I paid 50 for 2 pairs and shipping so still better than more expensive brands.

They are literally the best! I have never seen such amazing customer service because they really go above and beyond to accommodate you which is why I will never stop buying from them. I recommend them 100%!
