Hi Marianne,

Thank you for using Cloudtract and for reviewing our service.

We must admit you've got a point, because we did indeed considered adding variable contract values per year. But after gaining feedback from many companies, we noticed that variable values can often be changed periodically as well. And updating values is easily done in the contract alert overview.

But we will reconsider this option with our team as we are busy outlining the developments of our platform. This also applies for your longer contract period- request.

We then can keep you updated on regarding requests as well, if you'd like.

We must admit that you’ve triggered us with your feedback on customizing your requested fields in the Cloudtract dashboard. As we will discuss its potential with our development team, I can personally inform you about any updates regarding your request in case we do decide to implement this in our platform.

Company Name: did you know that you can customize your own Organizations in Cloudtract?
Many of our users use our feature to customize their own Company/Organization Names in Cloudtract.
You can do this via Settings>Organization. Perhaps this might work for you as well.

And regarding Guest names/Room numbers: many of our larger companies use the Reference/Note field to label important names or numbers. I hope this works for you for now.

Please drop us a line at info@cloudtract.com if you have more specific input, so we can offer you more elaborate support on using Cloudtract.

We are happy to hear any kind of feedback on our service. And we loved your requests! I’m happy to inform you that adding our “Category” field in the CSV-import feature is already scheduled in our development plan of this year. We do want to ask you to please sit tight, as our development plan is pretty stacked. We’ve got some great features in store for you, and we are currently busy rolling out something very special for Cloudtract! We will be able to share more information on this awesome step for Cloudtract soon :)

Simplifying contract management also means supporting our users not to make any mistakes. So when creating an alert date, we preferred users couldn’t create alerts with expiration dates in the past. When we initially designed the platform, your point did cross our minds Rodolfo. And as we do like the way you think, we’ve taken your request and put it on our task board to be discussed with our development- and our management team. In case we decide to implement the feature, I will inform you personally on the developments. I hope for now, this works for you Rodolfo.

Thank you for your feedback and input on Cloudtract.

Our mission and purpose in life :) is to simplify contract management for entrepreneurs and businesses all around the world. As we once forgot to cancel a 40k contract ourselves and could not find a simple contract management solution, we set out to develop these functionalities for ourselves. We did find that there are plenty contract management solutions packed with functionalities. We just found them too complex and too expensive for us.

When talking to other entrepreneurs, they asked us if they could use our software as well. We can admin that it was pretty tempting to add feature after feature based on the feedback we received, but we noticed that this would compromise the simplicity of Cloudtract, and therefore the need of most SMEs who just want to store everything in one place, receive alerts and provide access to users with a right structure.

But we really do value your input and would like to invite you to drop us a line at info@cloudtract.com and send in your requests and we can discuss what specific features you would like to see added in our platform.
