Company shut its doors without a word of warning. Our entire companies contracts and agreements were on their servers. Thank God we kept paper backup.

Needs some additional features, but its a great start on something that will make our life easier when it comes to not missing customer renewals of contracts.

Simple and Quick solution. Only suggestion I have it to rename the "contract alert" to "create contract" as first step and have alert created for the contract. also have contract renewal as functionality

One word can summarize Cloudtract: Amazing! It is relatively simple in both design and function, but it still gets the job done. If you are looking for a way to keep track of your contracts and avoid auto-renewals, Cloudtract is the solution for you. Did I mention that it is free? I used to pay a company hundreds of dollars to do what Cloudtract does at no cost. The features, simplicity, and no cost make Cloudtract an awesome solution for you!

I love it to track dates, etc. Would like it in US....and would like to be able to track Budget and FY Actual costs of contracts.

I would like to be able to put in custom Categories, I would like it to remember my currency preference, I would like the option to not put an alter date on something,

Ik heb 3x een vraag gesteld en wacht tot heden op een antwoord. Het programma voldoet voor een groot deel aan onze eisen maar ik wil graag een koppeling met Exact en jullie gaven aan die te hebben. Als ik ben ingelogd zie ik die nergens terug. Helaas krijg ik van jullie geen reactie op mijn vraag.

Excellent system which is simple to administer but delivers what we require (contract monitoring) in an efficient and user friendly format.

This is a great way to track contracts and other documents with expiration dates. It is easy to use. It allows you to create new Categories to tailor it to your needs. I added COI and HUB certificates for easier tracking. An email is sent automatically by the date entered giving you a reminder to stay on track. I am very happy we are using Cloudtract.

I haven't really dealt with anyone there but I haven't any issues. I have a couple of comments on the software. I would like the option of keying in specific dates where the alerts give you choices of 1 month, 2 months, etc.

Great! I no longer forget about contracts end date.
