Reminder
It should be an option to set the time for reminder, else fix it 9 to 10AM itself. And if I change/postponed the Alert date then the calendar appointment also would be change accordingly.

The Best Contract Monitoring i have ever used!
I have used a lot of contract management systems but Cloudtract is the best fit for my needs, best of all it is free to use and it's also cloud based. Cloudtract sends notifications too.

Good but could be great
I'm new to using this product and although I think it's really useful I want it to do a tiny bit more. Contracts generally have periodic servicing but and for me it would be helpful to be able to add the service dates and areas serviced. I.e. 4 visits per year. First visit Feb 16. 204-315 tested. Or 2 visits a year. Minor completed June 16 major due November 16. And add a reminder when next service is due. I'd pay an annual subscription for these changes too. Really good product though. Well done to the designers.

Changed our contracts management and saved trouble
It has changed the ways we manage contracts pretty much in the last few weeks that we have been using it.
It also alerted us to one rental agreement that was past-expiry (even the landlord had forgotten) and helped us negotiate better.

Great but lacks cyrlic support
This is an excellent tool but it does lack Cyrillic support which is unfortunate. According to Wikipedia, as of 2011, around 252 million people in Eurasia use it as the official alphabet for their national languages. [6] With the accession of Bulgaria to the European Union on 1 January 2007, Cyrillic became the third official script of the European Union, following the Latin script and Greek script.[7]

Date Format Difficulty
I am unhappy with how the dates are formatted which, primarily being a contract DATE application makes it difficult and cumbersome to use for its intended purpose. When the list is exported to csv, there are three date columns which appear (for example) 17-8-2016 0:00:00 in row 2 and
11-9-2016 0:00:00 in row 3. If you do either a "find and replace" or a "text to columns" excel function to remove those 0:00:00s, those dates then end up appearing as 17-8-2016 in row 2 and 11/9/2016 in row 3 which are two completely different formats which then need to be corrected manually as the original 11-9-2016 is supposed to be September 11, 2016 but now is formatted as November 9, 2016. This is time consuming and confusing and is the only issue that is preventing this from being an otherwise five star experience. If there is any way that your developers could correct this issue so that users could select their preferred date format, similar to the contract value line, and have those dates export accordingly and correctly, that would be fantastic! Any thoughts or advice on how to work around this issue in the meantime would also be greatly appreciated.

We already saved a lot by using this service
We are surprised how much contract we have and what extereme notice periods they have. After the burn of missing a notice period by two days we migrated all our contracts into this free service and had a better overlook and never missed a notice period so far.

Excellent service at a price that can't be beat
Cloudtract is a wonderful free service that makes it easy to manage and store contracts. Overall you won't find anything better for the price. All of the features you would need are there, including limiting who can view and edit what.
It would be great to have a little more customization and be able to remove certain mandatory fields, but again for the price you won't find anything better!
