My hair straighteners just stopped working so I spoke to the customer service team. I sent them back and they were replaced.

Doesn't do what its advertised
After reading and looking at really good positive reviews. Better reviews than other big brands.
Unfortunately this has not worked as well as I thought it was advertised. I curled my hair. Fabulous curls even though my hair is Naturally curly though it woukd last. My curls stayed in for all of 20 minutes. Tried to smooth it because its frizzy and that wasn't the greatest. Feel so disappointed. Now its just going go sit in the box. Feel like I have thrown £240 down the drain.

A fantastic product
Very quick delivery, love the new function on the straighteners, great for curling and straightening. The hairdryer is extremely powerful and gets very hot.
