Leaves it feeling so much smoother
I have been looking for a new hairdryer for a while and was not looking to re-mortage the house to pay for it!!! After a bit of hunting around I treated myself to The Airshot - Gold whilst it was on sale for £99. I have to say it has made a big difference to drying my thick frizzy hair compared to my old dryer. Leaves it feeling so much smoother and softer. A little heavier than my old drier but dries in half the time so no big issue there. Very pleased with it and will be looking to replace my GHDs when I see a sale on the straighteners. ;-)

Quick replacement of faulty device, great customer service
I recently sent a pair of Cloud 9 straighteners back to Cloud 9 for repair as they were buzzing and beeping and not working properly. Within a week I had a new replacement device sent out to me via DPD and the customer service was excellent. My product was under warranty but this is such a great service and why I would always choose Cloud 9 for my hair products. Thanks again

When I tried to cancel and return item, I was given false information on procedure which resulted in me now trying to get my money back.

Great hairdryer/volume set
Absolutely love this hairdryer and volume set! Dries hair so fast and the curls stayed in all night long.
Reasons for losing a star: I do find it gets quite hot when curling piece is close to my head and I have to take it away. Also, overall price was a bit much than I’d normally pay!

Cloud Nine Straightners - The Best!
I purchased the touch iron which I was very pleased with, however there was a fault, I phoned customer services and they were really helpful and organised a return for me. I then ordered the original iron which is even better! I had GHDs before, but the cloud 9 are so much better and you can change the temperature. The customer service is fantastic!

Recommended for everyone
Initially, I was very wary of using straighteners for the first time ever. I have fine hair but knowing I could reduce the temperature helped me to have the confidence to try them. I found my CLOUD NINE straighteners easy to use and the way the flex cord didn't tangle up helped me so much. The CLOUD NINE Quick Dry Potion gave my hair a sleek professional shine too. My hairdresser uses them and now I do. I would recommend the straighteners and potion to anyone, especially if you're a novice at hair straightening!

Doesn't do what its advertised
After reading and looking at really good positive reviews. Better reviews than other big brands.
Unfortunately this has not worked as well as I thought it was advertised. I curled my hair. Fabulous curls even though my hair is Naturally curly though it woukd last. My curls stayed in for all of 20 minutes. Tried to smooth it because its frizzy and that wasn't the greatest. Feel so disappointed. Now its just going go sit in the box. Feel like I have thrown £240 down the drain.
