Delivery very quick
Delivery very quick, always great products lightweight so easier to use, also bought volumisers which I’am slowly getting used to after watching a few videos they do seem good giving lots of volume to hair. Straighteners are also the best they just replaced my broken ones so good customer service too.

I had a fault with my wide iron straighteners. The vibrating plate became faulty. Easy website to report fault, Quick communication, Returned good s 1 day, received new ones back by end of same week. Leaves it feeling so much smoother
I have been looking for a new hairdryer for a while and was not looking to re-mortage the house to pay for it!!! After a bit of hunting around I treated myself to The Airshot - Gold whilst it was on sale for £99. I have to say it has made a big difference to drying my thick frizzy hair compared to my old dryer. Leaves it feeling so much smoother and softer. A little heavier than my old drier but dries in half the time so no big issue there. Very pleased with it and will be looking to replace my GHDs when I see a sale on the straighteners. ;-)

Quick replacement of faulty device, great customer service
I recently sent a pair of Cloud 9 straighteners back to Cloud 9 for repair as they were buzzing and beeping and not working properly. Within a week I had a new replacement device sent out to me via DPD and the customer service was excellent. My product was under warranty but this is such a great service and why I would always choose Cloud 9 for my hair products. Thanks again

Great hairdryer/volume set
Absolutely love this hairdryer and volume set! Dries hair so fast and the curls stayed in all night long.
Reasons for losing a star: I do find it gets quite hot when curling piece is close to my head and I have to take it away. Also, overall price was a bit much than I’d normally pay!
