Received two hairdryers both of which…
Received two hairdryers both of which became faulty within a month. When attempting to return the second and get a refund rather than a replacement, I was advised I’m now outside the refund period as that is calculated from the original purchase date. Not sure what they know less about, consumer law or how to build functioning equipment.

Bought the straighteners and hair dryer. Love them both. Quick delivery, nicely packaged. The hair dryer is light small and powerful. The straighteners heat quickly and the temperature easy to set. Hoping the vibrating plates will protect my hair as promised

This wasn't the styler for me but it will be for other hair types. I have naturally curly hair but I like it straight. Length is just below chin but I ended up with a head of frizz not the smooth style advertised.
The cord is also not the generous length of other Cloud Nine stylers I have which was disappointing,

What a great hairdryer and curling attachments
I’ve just purchased the new air shot pro with volumiser attachments , I absolutely love them. They curl my hair beautifully and my hair is hard to curl and it actually lasts.

Was very sceptical
Was very sceptical, as a GHD user for over 20 years! After my 9 year old GHDs blew up in my face as i was straightening my hair! I decided to go for Cloud 9 and give them a go, they're brilliant. I turn off the revive alot when I dont want it, and the temperature control is great when you want to look after your hair. Delivery was as expected (next day) but dispatch was really fast, which can catch you out, when you need something quick! So next day delivery is just that! I got the wide plate as it takes less time to do your hair. Very happy with them. As good as GHD with extra features. Also got a free paddle brush which is also amazing.
