I had a issue with the revive function on my original iron which I purchased almost 2 years ago, I contacted the company and put them back to be checked, I got a replacement one sent with no issues, brilliant company to deal with.

Airshot pro
I purchased the airshot pro and the first one I received was broken as the attachments would stay on firmly. I rang customer service and was offered a replacement which I took, the second hairdryer just stopped working within a month. I have returned this item and have as yet not received a refund. As this is an expensive hairdryer I’m without a new hairdryer until I receive my refund. Shocking my refund has not been processed as the item was received 5 days ago.

My wife asked me to order a new hair…
My wife asked me to order a new hair straightener, as she always used the same brand I had a look on the internet for straightener best for thin hair, so I ordered cloud nine original. My wife is so impressed with the temperature control she said her hair stays straighter for longer and loves the quality, my niece is a hair dresser/stylist and used them while cutting my wife’s hair and said the same thing, she also used the same make as my wife’s old pair. Delivery was extremely fast. She’s definitely impressed.and will be ordering more products from cloud nine.

Kinder Straighteners
Quality hair products and some great deals. Delighted with my straighteners, which I hope will be a little kinder to my hair with the variable temperature control and revive mode. The ‘free’ hairdryer is excellent - packs quite a punch but is incredibly light. 4 temperature controls here and 2 speeds. Very glad I switched from GHD which I’ve used for years.
