Superb Customer Service
Absolutely 5 star experience with this companies customer service .
They dealt with the extraordinary experience/complaint that I had with my repair to my irons in a good manner .I do not want to go into detail about the experience as it would not be fair to the company considering how they handled it.
I would highly recommend this company due to the frequent emails on updates to keep the customer in the loop but most of all their superb customer service!..

Fantastic Service
When my hair straighteners sadly broke, I rang and spoke with a very helpful person in Customer Services, who sent me through a link and instructions for returning the faulty product. It was so easy to follow, and I was kept updated on progress. Within 7 days I had received a replacement set of straighteners. A very happy Cloud Nine customer!

Worth the money and cheaper than the other brands out there
Saw a advert for Cloud Nine on Facebook and never sure where to believe or not especially when deals seem to be too good to believe. However went direct to Cloud Nine's own website did the usual check list I do and ordered the Cloud Nine Air Shot Pro with Volumiser. All I can say having thought about Dyson (expensive) and Shark (cheaper version) is that this was much better value. I ordered around mid day on a Friday and it arrived next day on a Saturday. Well packaged. Took a little of getting used to but when curling just make sure you have plenty of time when using for the first time like other people say it takes a bit of getting used to and one side always is easier than the other. Second time of using was much quicker and better results and the curls stayed in honestly and only used my usual mouse when drying a a small bit of hairspray

I bought this Cloud 9 hairdryer to…
I bought this Cloud 9 hairdryer to replace my Dyson, which gave up after two years and one month; it is lightweight and dries quickly, but I am finding the buttons on the side take a bit of getting used to. I also have to hold down the start/stop button for about 3 seconds, but I am now used to that; I suppose it is to ensure you cannot accidentally turn it on or off.
On a more positive note I like that its lightweight and drys as fast as my Dyson did.
So it does its job well.

Poor return process
I bought the Original iron with free gift of a hot brush.
Unfortunately I returned as the iron was no better than my trusty Remington.
I am having to wait up to two weeks for Cloud Nine to process my return which I believe to be totally unacceptable.

Delivery is terrible, I order online due to mobility issues, I rely on the products delivered to my house with no issues, sadly this parcel was delivered to someone else and I had to ask neighbours to go and find it!.

I unboxed the box tried to blow dry my hair while blow drying it’s stop and turn it on again then stop again then I noticed that the three button controls is immediately on the grip of your fingers when in use. The blow dryer is great but the filter keep on coming off snapping while you move around to blow dry your hair because they magnetic but once it’s heat up will come off from the dryer. The two curling attachment is great if you have long hair and thick hair not really suitable for find hair.

I had a issue with the revive function on my original iron which I purchased almost 2 years ago, I contacted the company and put them back to be checked, I got a replacement one sent with no issues, brilliant company to deal with.
