After making an online enquiry, Wayne took the time and effort to come & view my property in person. The appointment wasn’t rushed, it was professional, detailed and an excellent start to the experience.

Crystal in the office was a star! Super friendly, reassuring and so helpful, a true professional and delight to correspond with, nothing was an issue.

The team on the team, absolutely fantastic. Dean, William, Harry & Gibby arrived with the best energy. Immediately introducing themselves, big smiles and warm handshakes. They made the entire experience lots of fun, they were super careful, very respectful and efficient with the move, again, nothing was a problem.

Even with big delays on the day (due to key exchange) the high energy, smiles and patience remained.

The entire team really made a potential stressful day, an excellent experience.

Have used Clockwork removals twice in the last 2 yrs and both times they have been very professional and competitive on price. They came and assessed the job to be done and quoted within a couple of days and the crew that actually did the removals were extremely courteous and helpful and did a perfect job.. would definitely recommend them and would certainly use them again although hopefully it will be a bit longer this time..!!

I have just moved house and had the pleasure of hiring Clockwork Removals to do a full packing and moving service.

As this was our first proper move with a house full of belongings I wanted to shop around for a good quote. Rob visited my house to better understand what I wanted/what they offered.

After 3 different quotes Clockwork's price was the middle of the road and Rob had provided a great impression - so I decided to go with them.

Unfortunately, we couldn't organise a packing day prior to the move as our schedules didn't align so we decided to do the packing on the day. On the day of the move the guys turned up promptly at 8:30 to start packing. In addition to packing, they also disassembled the bedframe and desks we had, which we were very grateful for. They were all friendly, kind and attentive.

We had our 3 bedroom house packed in about 2 hours and they were ready at the new house when we got the keys. They moved the boxes into each room that we specified whilst also laying down floor coverings, which we were thankful for.

We greatly appreciated them taking the stress away from us. Overall, stellar service and a great group of people.

We chose Clockwork Removals to assist with our house move in September this year and are delighted with our choice. From initial quote through to their support on the actual day of the move, the service was fantastic, any queries in the lead up to the move were answered quickly and to the delivery of service on the day, we cannot fault a thing. The crew who moved us were personable and friendly, constantly checked in to make sure what they loaded, moved and unloaded were placed exactly where we needed. They took apart and rebuilt our larger furniture which was a huge help and meant we could enjoy our very first evening in the new house. Fantastic service and would highly recommend.
