Outstanding service! I would give 10 stars if I could, from making my first call to Joanne to the 11 hour day completed so professionally. The team lead by George were absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend this company & if I ever move again this is the only company I will call. Excellent!

From first contact with the local office in Inverness we knew that you were a great company to deal with. Friendly staff, kept us up date and made the whole process stress free..nothing was a problem.
On the day of the move the guys who did our move were so nice, again friendly, chatty and so helpful with everything.
Can't rate you highly enough, will be recommending you to anyone I hear of thinking of moving.

Unprofessional and careless. I used Clockwork for a 2-part move within London this summer and regret not going with any other removals company. This list of errors is practically endless. They delivered items to the wrong location, damaged my furniture, lost a box and claimed zero liability unless you take their exorbitant additional insurance. Scuffs on my walls, grease on carpets... I have moved multiple times, including internationally, and have never had such poor service. I wish I had gone with any other service. Avoid this company!

Great experience with Clockwork from quote from Chris, Gillian in the office who helped with few problems we ran into and the removal team themselves. They did a great job. Professional, friendly and hard working. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Would highly recommend.

The Clockwork guys were exceptional. Boiling hot day, no problem. Turned up early, worked hard without a negative word. Nothing was too much trouble. Not a hint of damage. Highly recommended.

Efficient and helpful staff - we have some large furniture and the staff handled it well. We paid for three days but ended up with the job being done in two days which was good. The price seemed a bit expensive for a local move but as we did not get lots of quotes it may have been a fair price.

A great service which was greatly appreciated. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and delivered our product efficiently and on time.

All went to plan and very carefully handled by everyone.

We can't speak highly enough of their fantastic service. We were downsizing , hence so nervous about the whole thing but the two lads, Luke and Tom put us at ease from the first minute and they were so helpful throughout. Nothing was too much for them. From start to finish Clockwork have been great.
