We were told not to arrive more than 30 mins early. We were 33 mins early and were greeted with a "you are here far too early", fair enough, welcome to Clifton Aviation!

We had travelled some distance and I asked to use the toilet. This was refused and I was sent to the main terminal building. There isn a toilet in the Clifton aviation office, I was just not allowed to use it. I am not going in the air for any amout of time without using the toilet first. I was told to be back soon because they will not be waiting for me. Nice!

Whilst the actual flying was great, the instructor (Mo), apart from being unshaved and generally scruffy, was very stressy. Dont touch this dont step there, do this and do not do that. All delevered unnecessarily abruptly. I understand there are rules, but when you are doing your best to comply its disappointing to be critisized anyway.

Should have been a great day out and yes it was enjoyable, but if all the instructors are like that I dont want any more of it.

Brilliant 1hr flying lesson with Clifton Aviation which was gifted to me. Booked via a 3rd party. The office was easy to find with parking available outside. After a quick registration, me and another learner were provided with the safety briefing and instruction video to watch. We then had a chat with team, including the instructor where we were given options of who would go in the left seat first and had the opportunity to ask any questions or raise any concerns. We got a flight in the more powerful 4 seat Cirrus SR20 aircraft - which was lucky for me being on the bigger/heavier side. This was followed by a ~ 30 min flight as a passenger and a ~30 min flight behind the controls. The level of instruction and professionalism was very high and I always felt in safe hands having very little experience of flying in small aircraft. The scenery heading north along the severn from the airport is exceptional. Great job - thanks very much and will be back in touch for more flying in the future. Highly recommended.

We had two red letter day vouchers and decided to use them with Clifton. We couldn’t have been happier with the experience! Myself and my partner were lucky enough to fly with Quinn who tailored our experience due to us both having a 60 minute session and even though the weather wasn’t perfect we both had a really great time. Quinn introduced us both to the aircraft’s controls and made sure we were comfortable during the whole experience I couldn’t recommend Clifton any higher.

Went flying on Sunday the 17th, from the moment I arrived in was made to feel very welcome. It was obvious that safety was the prime concern. After being pampered and made to feel welcome we took to the sky's. The flight was brilliant fun and very very informative. I highly recommend clifton avation

Today, I've had the worst customer experience of my life here at Clifton Aviation Ltd. I booked a flying experience for my son who is meant to start flying lessons to attain his PPL then CPL for 7th and 9th July. A lady called Bridge asked me to pay then sent a payment link which had a different client's details and totals while attaching my invoice with the same invoice number as the other client. I found it strange. I then emailed her to correct the invoice number after I had paid. Silly me!They never bothered to correct the invoice numbers nor confirm receipt of my payment. 5 days thereafter(yesterday), I called their offices to confirm the address for my son's appointment. Shock on me! Bridge had not booked the 7th and was "off duty". I was asked me to call the day after, I disagreed. I needed to solve the issue right away. Suddenly, BOOM! Bridge appeared at work, like manna from heaven and came on phone. She had the audacity to ask me to call her today at 9am. The "queen of professionalism" never apologized and was actually in a hurry to go to a " work meeting" in the office while "off duty" . All this time, while I'm in distress, they are giggling sheepishly in the background with someone making a low IQ comment. I talked to Angela, who sounds sweet and apologizes on behalf of Bridge who promises to "call" me the day after. I make it clear to Angela that Bridge did not act professionally and that I am upset and disgusted by the behaviour. As per the script, "Queen Bridge" aka QB doesn't call me at 9am nor has she ever responded to my emails AFTER my payment. In the meantime, My son is in distress and can't wait to start his flying experience. I then call QB after my lunch break, she promises to call after 10 minutes. Voila! She actually does but guess for what? To throw a low IQ tantrum on how I said that her company is unprofessional therefore the management will refund my money. I correct her that SHE is the one who's unprofessional and that she is rude and not well mannered. I call her out for her idiotic laughter and mal handling of my case. QB hangs up in protest. Then, no, QB hasn't finished yet. She rushes to run her fingers on the keyboard to ask for my bank details and while at it, brags about how someone just cancelled a lesson for tomorrow (the day my son was to take his lesson) and she hopes I find a suitable flying school for my son. THE NERVE!
