Excellent Microwave – Great Value for Money
I recently purchased the Keplin Microwave and have been very impressed with its performance. The microwave is easy to use, heats food quickly and evenly, and has a modern design that fits well in my kitchen.

I ordered 2 underseat cabin bags and on the delivery date only 1 bag arrived. Whilst disappointed a wait a couple of days and then contacted KG Direct and spoke to Pranav who investigated and said that the bag was lost during transit. He said he would send a replacement bag asap.and I received the bag within 48 hours.
I found the service exceptional and it was a pleasure speaking to Pranav who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

I ordered an underseat case for an upcoming flight. Their communication was prompt, helpful and polite, and the delivery was incredibly fast - the order was processed and delivered within 48 hours. The item is good value for money and perfect for what I need it for. If you need something fast this company is great. I usually only leave reviews with the platform that I purchased from but I am pleasantly surprised with the customer service.

Ordered a parasol .. great size, colour is lovely, it was damaged but that has since been sorted with the company. Will come in handy over the (maybe) summer !!

My order for two camping chairs went missing after they were failed to be delivered by the Courier. I was sent a replacement within 3 days of contacting the company. The chairs are good quality and look forward to using them. The original parcel was eventually delivered. On informing company a DPD collection was arranged I spoke with Sakshi who was polite and helpful . Would recommend this Company

I had an issue with trying to get my warranty activated and I called them up today and the service was 1st class, I think her name was Manisi and she was amazing and explained everything and got it done in no time, the time on hold was about 2 to 3 minutes which I class as exceptional, I was on hold this morning with Royal Mail for 42 mins,

Ordered a Keplin double garden parasol via Amazon and found the cover was missing from the package.
Contacted Keplin and spoke to Reena.
This lady dealt with the issue in a very professional way she was polite, apologetic and understanding. She stated she would ring me back the following day which she duly did and an agreeable solution was made.
In this modern day I was amazed how helpful and kind she was in dealing with the issue and me, she is a credit to Keplin and Amazon and they should be very proud of her.

Ordered in good faith. Wrong products sent. Large item so couldn't take down to a collection point. Wouldn't provide QR codes when no access to printer. Delayed responses so outside of return window.
Poor attention to detail, poor communication, poor customer service.
Do not buy from them!!!

I ordered the granite parasol base on Thursday it arrived on Friday outstanding customer service,it was an amazing price and superb quality,it matches our garden furniture perfectly,I would recommend this parasol to anyone looking to buy one! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Transacted with this company via Amazon and found the customer service very good. The item (garden parasol) was despatched next day delivery but unfortunately due to no fault of the retailer the courier lost it in their network. I dealt with EVRI customer service who admitted it was their issue and I began communicating with Keplin via the Amazon App after the parcel had been delayed by a week. Quick response and a refund was authorised immediately. I was also advised that if the parcel eventually turned up that there was no need to return it. I was dealt with by Miss Manasi very efficiently.

Great delivery and super items delivered quickly and tracked. Highly recommended.

I bought 2 sunloungers which did not suit me so have requested a return. I spoke to Pranav who was very helpful indeed and has kindly agreed to collect the chairs by DPD at a time which suited me.. Thank you very much for your understanding and help..

Bought dog pool via Amazon and not fit for purpose didn't last 10mins with dogs and was told had puncture repair kit on contact them immediately. Then 10 per cent refund for 20 pounds plus product. No help. Goods not fit for purpose

Utterly appalling customer service. Advertised via Amazon as 24 hour delivery. One part arrived. When we chased Keplin we were then told the second part was being sent separately due to size restrictions (not in the advertisement). This was, according to them, due to arrive within 48 hours. To date (8 days since ordering and counting) we are still waiting. I requested a refund via Amazon. Keplin sent a drop off label for the part we have received. It's too big for drop off due the diameter. I have rung the company and emailed to arrange collection of it so we can receive our refund. The last message sent by Keplin was that the second part should arrive yesterday. The tracking number hasn't changed in five days and the courier company have confirmed this part is lost, so a complete lie from Keplin. Still no courier collection date given, we have been told to refuse delivery of the lost parcel (?!) and they will arrange collection of both. Avoid this company at all costs
