A message from Martyn Roussel, Director and CEO Clickasnap is under new ownership. My team has been improving the site in many areas. One such area is renewals and refunds. I know from personal experience just how irritating it is to have money taken from my bank account for a subscription without warning. It may be legitimate, but it sucks. I have found that Clickasnap has been doing this in the past. That stops now. We will refund all legitimate claims, with no quibble, if made within 14 days. As we further improve the site and add new features, we want you to come back. We do not want you to have a bad experience. We are setting up reminders to prevent this happening in future. What a scam
What a scam. they take your money eventhough they say it is a "free service" when you discover that they have been taking your money without noticing they refuse to give it back saying that i should have contacted them earlier. Dreadful support. avoid at all costs. Signed up for a free subscription which ended up being charged for. They admitted that there was an error on their part but still refused to return the money they took. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

ClickASnap lehnt Auszahlung ab, unbelegte Unterstellung von "Click Circle"-Verhalten
Ich habe ClickASnap genutzt, um meine Fotografien zu teilen und mit der Zeit eine kleine Summe durch Aufrufe zu verdienen. Nachdem ich eine Auszahlung beantragt hatte, erhielt ich eine E-Mail, in der mir ohne Beweise unterstellt wurde, dass meine Aufrufe aus einem sogenannten „Click Circle“ stammen würden, also künstlich erzeugt seien.
In der Nachricht wurde erklärt, dass ich angeblich durch koordinierte gegenseitige Klicks und bedeutungslose Kommentare die Plattformregeln verletzt hätte. Diese Behauptung wurde nicht belegt, weder durch Beispiele, Daten noch konkrete Hinweise. Die Auszahlung wurde daraufhin abgelehnt, obwohl ich ganz normal auf der Plattform aktiv war.
Ich verstehe, dass Plattformen gegen Missbrauch vorgehen müssen, aber es ist enttäuschend und unfair, wenn man als Nutzer ohne Beweislage pauschal beschuldigt und bestraft wird. Wer ernsthaft Inhalte erstellt und sich an die Regeln hält, sollte nicht durch spekulative Richtlinienänderungen oder automatische Systeme abgestraft werden.
Ich hoffe, dass ClickASnap künftig transparenter mit solchen Entscheidungen umgeht, z. B. durch konkrete Hinweise, echte Kommunikation und nachvollziehbare Kriterien. Bis dahin kann ich die Plattform nicht guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Meine hochgeladenen Fotos sind weder gestohlen, noch sind meine Inhalte allgemein. Überdies gehöre ich keinem kriminellen Kreis an. Das wird ja immer besser mit den Anschuldigungen. Einzig und allein Ihre Stellungnahmen sind allgemein gehalten. Zudem kann sich jeder selbst ein Bild von meinem Profil machen. Rukiye ist mein Username

If I could give zero stars I would!.. once again they have taken money from my account for a second year when I had already cancelled my subscription. What an absolutely brilliant set up for them, take pictures, post them, receive no money from them ,delete your account and still have them take £60 a year from you via PayPal.
When you try to contact them via PayPal or any email address it just bounces back. Brilliant way to make money for them, what a great business model, yet I'm still getting screwed!

renouvellement et prélèvement sans la moindre autorisation
Aujourd'hui j'ai constaté un prélèvement de près de 150€ pour un abonnement à clickasnap, sans la moindre information, la moindre relance... c'est un essai que j'avais fait il y a plus de deux ans. Je n'ai plus jamais utilisé leur service, mais ça ne les a pas empêché d'effectuer le prélèvement et de me remercier pour ma compréhension face à leur refus de restituer les fonds... quand une société est à 150 balles près, je ne suis pas sûr qu'il faille y mettre le moindre kopeck. A vous de juger...

These are scammers. I have cancelled the subscription 3 yrs back still taking money out from my account. Don't trust them. These are fraudsters. Not to do any subscription with them otherwise you won't be able to cancel it. They will take your money out every year.

They stole my pro subscription, they didn't pay me the $50 I had earned after so much effort and they also banned my account saying that I uploaded images generated with artificial intelligence and that I couldn't when instead there is a category that says that it is possible to upload them.....I strongly advise anyone not to waste time with this scam be very careful!

Total RIP OFF site
Total RIP OFF site, I put a ton of my best images in there last year and made four dollars over the course of 12 months on their premium package. They never sent me a nickel.. and then last week we got charged for another year of service to our CC. we did not know that we signed in for a repeat service fee. Then I asked them to refund it because I did not use the site for the last nine months and there are no refunds. They did not send me a warning email that the funds were going to be withdrawn. They just took the money and ran.
Total crap.

In response to their reply below, which is pure BS, they took my money for a new renewal without me, knowing it, and then they completely cancelled my account. That's what they told me in an email. please believe me when I get screwed like this. I take it personally and I will do anything I can to discredit their organization. This is only a beginning..

Just walk away
I initially had a good experience with ClickASnap, but recent issues have made me reconsider my opinion. I followed all platform guidelines, yet my last two withdrawal request was unexpectedly denied due to alleged violations. Despite my attempts to request clarification, I received only general responses with no specific details about what I supposedly did wrong.
As a pro member, I expected more transparency regarding account reviews and payment processes. Additionally, my total views and paid views do not match the claims made about engagement manipulation, which raises concerns.
If you're considering using the platform, I strongly recommend reading through all the policies and being aware that account reviews seem to be subjective. I hope the company improves its communication and support for its users in the future.

Shocking Service
I'm a premium subscriber that can no longer log into my account and Clickasnap seems almost impossible to contact with virtually no customer support!
I will no longer recommend it to the community of photographers on my social media platforms.

A lots of strategic to prevent users to earn money. first, people give the like, only 0.001 cents (5 second). second, achieve the target (may take 2-3 years), said that not qualify to take money. third, always find excuse or reject or delete the account without notice. forth, use robot to excuse or any complaint, can not write to them, only can choose what they are providing question and answer. extremely dissappointed since 2022

I always thought the site was ok…
I always thought the site was ok support used to answer quickly, But now their support doesn`t respond to messages, Maybe it was because I dropped from a paid to a free account as I didn`t have the time to post on there but I always logged in to keep account active. But now can`t even log in anymore as they are requesting a password change and telling me to check my email but no email was received from them, I stood by them through the migration from the old site as a paid user; I really wouldn`t recommend the site anymore, especially with the lack of customer service. they then put a reply on here, to give the impression they are helping people, when infact even sending a direct message to support no one bothers to reply, so I will not be removing or editing my review in favour of them, as I sent a message none replied If I could have left no star I would have. And there are no emails in the spam folder, funny you can reply on here though.
