A message from Martyn Roussel, Director and CEO Clickasnap is under new ownership. My team has been improving the site in many areas. One such area is renewals and refunds. I know from personal experience just how irritating it is to have money taken from my bank account for a subscription without warning. It may be legitimate, but it sucks. I have found that Clickasnap has been doing this in the past. That stops now. We will refund all legitimate claims, with no quibble, if made within 14 days. As we further improve the site and add new features, we want you to come back. We do not want you to have a bad experience. We are setting up reminders to prevent this happening in future. A fresh way to earn from photography
My experience with clickasnap has been mostly positive, especially as someone interested in photography and earning from content. What stood out right away is their pay-per- view model, it's a refreshing change from platforms where your work gets attention but no direct reward.
The platform is simple to use, and uploading photo is straightforward. I also like that the community feels more focused on photography rather than distractions. However, growth can be slow if you are not actively promoting your work outside the platform, and earing are not instant, it takes consistency.
Overall, Clickasnap is doing well by giving creators ownership and a chance to monetize views, but it could improve discovery tools and user engagement features to help creators grow fasters.

I have been trying to delete my account from click a snap since they charged me again for a subscription renewal. It is completely impossible to delete accounts. Once you were with them. They’ve also disputed my bank’s decision for a refund.DO NOT JOIN!! You will never be able to get rid of them and WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.

We’d just like to clarify that there are a couple of ways to delete your account — this can be done either by logging into the app directly and heading to your account settings, or by reaching out to our support team who can assist you with this.
In terms of subscriptions, all payments are set to renew automatically, and this is made clear at the point of purchase. However, we do offer a 14-day cooling-off period on renewals, and if you contact us within that timeframe, we’re able to review and process a refund for any auto-renewal payments.
We’ve checked our support portal and can’t see that you’ve reached out to us yet.
If you could please contact us at support@clickasnap.com where a member of the team will be able to properly investigate your case, assist with your account, and look at possible solutions for you.
We’re here to help and would really like the opportunity to resolve this for you.

I am on free plan but still got charged GBP19.99.
This is daylight robbery. The site itself is poor in terms of monetization. Charged me without confirmation. I am on their free monthly plan.
