A message from Martyn Roussel, Director and CEO Clickasnap is under new ownership. My team has been improving the site in many areas. One such area is renewals and refunds. I know from personal experience just how irritating it is to have money taken from my bank account for a subscription without warning. It may be legitimate, but it sucks. I have found that Clickasnap has been doing this in the past. That stops now. We will refund all legitimate claims, with no quibble, if made within 14 days. As we further improve the site and add new features, we want you to come back. We do not want you to have a bad experience. We are setting up reminders to prevent this happening in future. We care about our customers. Thank you, Martyn

We’re really sorry for the frustration this situation caused and completely understand how confusing and upsetting it must have been to see your account revert to a Free profile after upgrading.

After reviewing your account in detail and the communication you have had with out support team, I can see that they identified that multiple past subscriptions with failed payment attempts caused our system to trigger an automatic cancellation when an earlier retry also failed. Unfortunately, this resulted in your membership temporarily reverting to Free, despite a successful recent payment.

Our support team investigated this as soon as it was raised and provided a full explanation, along with a goodwill credit to your next withdrawal to compensate for the inconvenience. We’ve also noted the account to ensure this is handled smoothly going forward.

We genuinely apologise for the disruption and appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve it. If you have any further questions or need assistance, our support team is always happy to help.

I don't have anymore issues with…

I don't have anymore issues with ClickAsnap. I have given up on them being competent enough to fix their website like it was when I originally created my account. CS lied about what was done and gave mer time consuming advice on how to fix the problem when the problem is whomever does their website. It was all about putting my photos into my folders.

Ich komme nicht auf mein Profil und kann die hochgeladenen Fotos nicht löschen, es wird aber trotzdem versucht Geld abzubuchen. Abo-Kündigung so gut wie unmöglich. Sehr ärgerlich und absolut nicht zu empfehlen.
