A message from Martyn Roussel, Director and CEO Clickasnap is under new ownership. My team has been improving the site in many areas. One such area is renewals and refunds. I know from personal experience just how irritating it is to have money taken from my bank account for a subscription without warning. It may be legitimate, but it sucks. I have found that Clickasnap has been doing this in the past. That stops now. We will refund all legitimate claims, with no quibble, if made within 14 days. As we further improve the site and add new features, we want you to come back. We do not want you to have a bad experience. We are setting up reminders to prevent this happening in future. practices are unethical.
1，Refusal to Refund: Clickasnap refused to refund £39.99 for an annual subscription that was completely unused for nearly a year.
2, Obstruction of Deletion: The company
deliberately hides the "Delete
Account" button anywhere on their website settings. Users are forced to formally email their support team to close the account.
3, Maximum Delay: After I emailed, the company confirmed they would take up to 30 days to process the deletion, using the maximum time allowed under GDPR simply to create inconvenience.

Do NOT trust this company with your payment or data. They keep your money for unused services and make it
impossible to leave.

Regarding your refund request, as outlined in our Refund Policy which you had agreed to upon sign up, subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to renewal. Refunds cannot be issued for services that have already renewed or remained active, even if unused, as this is in line with standard digital service practices and consumer protection regulations.
In terms of account deletion, clickasnap fully complies with GDPR requirements. While full erasure requests can take up to 30 days to ensure that all personal data and content are securely removed, users are able to delete their own accounts at any time directly via the app. We do not hide or obscure this option in any way.

To clarify, while all users can upload and share photos for free, in order to be eligible for payment per view, a paid account is required. This is why you may be seeing prompts to subscribe when trying to link a payment method.

To clarify, paying for a membership on ClickASnap does not guarantee views, it only increases visibility by showing posts to a wider audience, plus lots of other benefits depending on the membership that is held. Views come from other users enjoying and engaging with your content!
Regarding the use of images that are not original: we have a strict policy against uploading content from Google or other external sources. If you spot images that appear fake or stolen, please report them using the reporting tool, and our moderation team will review and take action where needed.

Scam, total fraud App
I joined this site and only wanted to pay for one month of membership, but by mistake, a whole year was charged from my account, which was a lot of money. I emailed them and explained, asking if they could please just deduct the one-month fee and refund the rest, since it’s too much money for me. Their reply was that they don’t believe I made a mistake, and they won’t return any money.
The next thing that happened was that when I was using the app for free, before paying for membership, I was getting lots of likes and views. But after I paid and they charged me a large amount, suddenly I stopped getting any likes or views. This clearly shows that all those likes and views before were fake, just to make people feel good and tempt them into paying for membership, hoping they might earn some money too.
Also, they claim that you can cancel your membership anytime, but in reality, it’s not possible.
I’m telling everyone: this app is a scam and a fraud. Don’t get fooled and don’t subscribe!
